Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting to be seated with plenty of open tables. We were told three separate times that someone would be right with us, but no one ever came. We ended up walking next door to Stadium Grill and were seated immediately. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one-time experience. We've visited multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations and have consistently dealt with poor service. It seems like there may be some management issues that need to be addressed. I have had some enjoyable visits here but the recent one, not so much. I came to the restaurant at 10:30 am knowing they open at 10:30 am. I walk up to the doors at 10:40 am to give them a few minutes to open and to unlock the doors. The doors were not open, they were still locked. I go back to my car and call them, no answer. to start my husband and grandson and I came here tonight hoping to have a great meal and a couple drinks ..... when we was seated it was at 5:30 pm, after a few minutes more people were being seated as well after us, we during this time was still waiting to get our drink orders! waitress after waitress walked by us, knowing we was sitting there with no drinks, no nothing. 18 minutes goes by, and the other customers who were seated after us were already getting their drinks and their orders. meanwhile here we was sitting and waiting. our grandson was getting anxious and hungry by this time. so needless to say we got up, without being waited on after waiting for 20 minutes to get service. my husband asked a waiter to please get the manager before we exited. the waiter went right to the manager where she was sitting down and eating her Chinese and told her we was needing her assistance. she got up and came to where we was standing and my husband told her about our experience , her response was "what table was you sitting at"?we showed her, and her response was, "okay thankyou" and smiled as we walked away! Not an inexpensive place to eat, especially for a family of 6. However, we like wings, and so we order and bring home on occasion. Most nights, the order is incorrect, so we either have to go back, or call in for a credit. Tonight, I checked the order before we left, and it was (shockingly) all there. So we brought it home. Issue one: fries were cold. Like way cold. They had been sitting for a while. They were inedible. Three orders tossed. The chicken wings (boneless) were also cold and tough. Ate them because we were hungry...but they were not good. The bone-in wings were wet. And not wet with sauce but with what seemed to be water????? The boxes fell completely apart as soon as we pulled them out of the bag, as they were soggy. Gross. I seriously would not be surprised if this place closes in the near future. Why in the world would you give me ten drum traditional wings? This is the second time in a row now and there is no possible way it is on accident. Either someone in the back is eating the flats or you're deliberately choosing the lesser alternative form of wings to give customers. Overall good service and great food. Everything was hot, saucy and worth it despite some of the other reviews. Our waiter Ben was king and made sure we were taken care of even though they were experiencing a rush. The only questionable part is that there were some children seated in the bar area. Been here a few other times & was good. Waited 15 minutes to be seated which wasn't terrible but there's only approximately 15-20 people seated, so plenty of open seats. Asked for a booth when checking in. Took us to a table & I reminded them for a booth as requested. Once seated waited 10-15 minutes to place drink order. Drinks came & was told food will take a little longer because only one cook. Ok, so we order appetizer & our food. Food come 30-40 mins later, I say where's the appetizer we ordered, it usually comes first. They were very dry and not saucy as usual. This past Sunday, 1/29/17, they had a fryer down. They were good in letting us know beforehand. We decided to wait it out, and our wait wasn't bad at all. In the meantime, the fryer was repaired but something was not right. The wings just tasted OFF. Almost a nasty metallic taste. It was yuck! And again, wings were dry and wanting for more sauce. Terrible service! We ordered an all-in-one type appetizer & to our surprise, unlike other visits, we received no plates. When we asked for them, she brought one less than the amount in our small party of four. Ok! So, maybe she miscounted. But then I requested the onions not be placed on the sandwich. I hate raw onions. Low & behold, bite into it, onions galore! Ok, ok! Maybe she repeated it back to me right, but the cook got it wrong. But, when I also notice the sauce that comes with the appetizer & the sauce I requested with my meal is not present, I start to get a little fed up. I'm always a supporter of leaving a 25% tip for great service, 20% for average service, and 15% for bad service. Although I tipped, I really wish I hadn't. Re-training is definitely something that our waitress could have benefitted from. Overall: I will not recommend this for a friend. Me and my daughter went to this buffalo wild wings last night for some "boneless" wings. Well when they came to the table it looked like they've been sitting around for hours and not only that, they were totally dry. Are wings supposed to be dry? The manager came over and saw the same thing, he said that the wings will be on house and that he'll get a "new order". When the new order came, it looked like they just took the nasty wings and covered them in sauce.... They were still terrible. The reason I gave this restaurant one star is because the manager at least came over to apologize for the wings and provided us with a "new order" and didn't charge us. I'll give this two stars simply for the TVs. The food is all frozen and not prepared in-house. I was served frozen appetizers once and it was embarrassing. The staff is usually slow. The wings aren't even that good. The environment is either obnoxious or extremely annoying. I don't generally eat in sports bars and grills but this was the only place open after 9pm during the wk where we could get alcoholic drinks with our meals. The cocktail menu didn't have prices and I HATE that. Not being familiar with prices and such my boyfriend ordered a bud bottle to find out its a better deal to get the 22oz draft (a .50c price difference). Then the bottled beer was very skunky.. tasted horrible. The waitress kindly exchanged it for the 22oz draft no questions asked. She was pretty, accommodating and educated about the menu when I asked questions. I ordered a margarita and it was awful, too much mix and not enough alcohol.. especially for 5$. I then ordered the black cherry mojito, recommended by our waitress, and it was equally disappointing. The wings were, in my opinion, so-so. My boyfriend enjoyed them though. I do love the sauce options. The honey bbq and teriyaki are good. I probably won't return here mainly because of the prices and I don't care for the atmosphere. They advertise to come and watch your favorite sports team and enjoy the game. We came for the chiefs packers game and got asked to leave after 1 quarter for "waving our hand at the game." Will never be back at this establishment to watch our favorite sports team or order lunch or dinner for take out. Another gentleman that showed up when we did was on his second tall boy draft and wasn't to leave... During the week my friend and our coworkers and I order take out but we will not be doing that EVER again. The last time we did it took 45 minutes to pay for our food and our orders were all mixed up. During this past stay I only drank water the whole time we were there. It wasn't until my friend asked for 1 truly and she went and found her manger and said she didn't feel comfortable serving us. I have personally came with my husband and his friends and have never been barred from this establishment and they have been "belligerent" at the establishment. I really feel if your a guy with his buddy's watching a game your okay but if you'd a girl watching with her fiends you have to act a certain way. The assistant manager basically didn't want to talk to us and just defended her bartender by saying it was up to her "discretion." Meanwhile we didn't have a single alcoholic beverage.
