Was super excited to try the new Sweet Chili Crisp flavor, so you can imagine my disappointment when my husband got home with our to-go order and there's 5 dry wings. No dry rub, no sauce on them, nothing. Guess I'll still be wondering.

I'm not sure why BWW gets so many bad reviews. Yeah it's simple and fried food. But this trip was ok and no issues at the bar. Great job.

Garlic Parmesan sloped w sauce and dry as heck!

One star for good Fries. We are trying every wing place we can find within the city of Lewisville. BWW failed like all the others! The wings were tough and had little to no meat. Some even tasted rancid and possibly cooked more than once. What in the world?! Why would you have such poor quality wings, when that's what people come for??

Not only are the wings phenomenal, the service is great. Probably one of the best micheladas in the area. Go in on Tuesday, BOGO night for traditional wings. See bartender Bre for her micheladas. They are fantastic. Her friendliness has us coming back each week. Give this BWW's a shot, you won't be sorry

The wings from BWW were pretty standard - thick and saucy, a little bit on the extra salty side with the spicy garlic.

The special thing is they have a wall where you pick your own beer, cider and wine(?) that you activate with your wristband and are charged per ounce. I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.

But we sat down for 5 minutes. Wondering if someone is going to bring us a menu or even say hello. The woman behind the bar looked at us but didn't say hello and we were looking around. Obviously looking for another employee because we saw she had drinks in front of her. Another 5 minutes past before she said she'll be with us in just a second. Another 10 minutes past and then we saw another employee and when the boyfriend started to ask him to maybe bring us a menu to look at the woman behind the bar, interrupted us and told this other employee to go deliver these drinks to another table. Nobody even asked us if we wanted water. We chose a table close to the bar where the bar opens up into the dining room. She could have easily asked us if we wanted Waters to start just as easily as she interrupted my boyfriend trying to get the other employees attention. He only got out,"Sir can we---" before this bartender interrupted him. Like he had already started speaking and trying to get someone to service our table.... We went to the front of the restaurant again to talk to the host about trying to get another table in the regular dining area but in the few seconds it took us to walk up to the host stand. The boyfriend was so angry so we just told the host what happened and changed his mind to not come to this location ever again. It's disappointing because we love 54th Street in Frisco and 54th Street in Euless when we visit my mom...but this location made us feel as neglected as the mall that's right behind it.

We will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend you give them a try if you have not!

Also if you by a drink at the bar you also pay guaranteed gratuity even though I had to wait for her to come to the bar. The drinks were tasty though so I will give them that. Now I will call out that the facility was not busy at all and the staff was keeping themselves entertained but it made it frustrating to have to get someone's attention to ask a question or to get help. The attendant who assisted us, Chaz was cool and set up on our games and was pretty consistent at being available. We played 4 games and we had about 30 minutes at each section. We started with darts and had a blast. Next we played golf. We did the putt putt course which was fun but 30 minutes was not enough time to get through the whole course. Then we did soccer. My friend did great but it was not for my daughter or I. Finally we threw axes. I enjoyed it but my daughter was over it. They also offer pool, dodgeball, and a batting cage. I will come back and I'll bring husband because he is very competitive.

When I…read morewent to the counter and let the guy know I was using a Groupon he seemed confused and had to go get someone else who in turn let me know that there was a gratuity fee that still had to be paid. That was fine, however I couldn't do it all in one transaction. Another thing I didn't care for was the place was EMPTY, I think there was two other people in the place but we had to state what we wanted to play right then and there and I wasn't sure what all the place had to offer. After getting that taken care of, the attendant took us to darts to get started and when we finished the game we weren't sure what to do next (apparently you play until that block of time is up). When it was time to go to the next game, we had to go look for an attendant as they were playing games. There was no enthusiasm in showing us how to set up for the golf or how to play, basically you are on your own. We decided we wanted something to drink, but had to find the bartender who was playing golf (once again, automatic gratuity) and seemed frustrated that she had to stop playing to work. We did the soccer and the ax throwing and was done. I can say with a group a friends for an alternative outing or even a competitive date night this could be something to do, however it was "meh" for me. Can check it off the been there done that list.

This isn't just "a little loud" -- it's often over 90 dB, which is nightclub-level volume. When it's that loud you cannot hear the person standing next to you without yelling. Teammates can't communicate, captains can't talk to players, and calling shots becomes ridiculous because no one can hear anything. Pool is a game that requires concentration and communication. When the music is blasting like a nightclub, it completely ruins the environment for the people who are actually there to play league. Unfortunately, the volume has reached a point where it's not just annoying -- it's unhealthy. Prolonged exposure to sound levels over 90 dB can cause hearing damage, and after dealing with it week after week I'm being forced to stop playing here because of the sound levels. It's incredibly frustrating to show up every week knowing you're going to spend the entire night yelling just to talk to your own teammates while also worrying about your hearing. Rack & Tap needs to decide what it wants to be -- a pool hall for league players or a nightclub with pool tables in the way -- because right now it's doing a poor job of being either.

It's a good place to have a beer and hangout. The bartenders go out of their way to make sure…read moreyou're taken care of.

When I walked in, most of their televisions were tuned to the same NFL football game in Fox, two sets were on the local NBC affiliate and only one on a Spanish-speaking station showing soccer. Regulars must come here to watch American football rather than soccer. One of the reviews for the Dallas location described it as a Mexican Hooters. Ojos Locos is better described as a Mexican Hooters. Since the menu has a traditional American-style cheeseburger, I describe the chain as a Mexican-American Hooters. Unfortunately, the waitstaff failed miserably as a Hooters wannabe. I arrived before the shift change. Neither the day-shift nor the night-shift bartenders introduced themselves to me. Nor did I even see a hint of a smile from them. As a Hooters wannabe, I expected and observed them smiling at the regulars. The night-shift bartender even introduced herself to a couple guys sitting by me as I saw them awkwardly shake hands. The bar poorly handled the shift change. At some bar & grills, I had been asked to tap out. When I asked for the check, the night-shift bartender was unable to get it from the Point of Sale system. Fortunately, the day-shift bartender had not left. At shift change, she transitioned into a waitress. When a manager could not assist, the night-shift bartender had to ask the day-shift bartender for assistance. Not wanting to be that customer who orders American food at a Mexican restaurant, I ordered the Golazo Taco Plate with beef. The three street tacos were not sufficient even with the rice and beans. In hindsight, I would have opted for a fourth taco. Of the two salsas, the red was medium-hot and the green was mild. They did their job of providing flavor. As expected, I saw a variety of both draft and bottled Mexican beer. What surprised me was the availability of non-alcoholic beverages, such as, Mexican Coca-Cola and Jarritos. One final note, the night-shift bartender surprised me when she came to collect the signed credit slip. I do not recall someone collected it in my presence.

We love a good Happy Hour, so we grabbed a hightop by the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. I got the cosmo, complete with tiny ice crystals on top, which is my favorite.
