As usual I was out and about with my daughter and grandson so we decided to go to Chili's or The Pepper as my grandson calls it for lunch. We arrived, were greeted and seated in a booth as requested within 2-3 minutes. The parking lot and restaurant were clean and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant. My daughter and I ordered the 3 for me with a salad, sirloin steak I had loaded broccoli and she had loaded mashed potatoes. My grandson had the cheese quesadilla add chicken. Our food arrived in about 12 minutes but we wouldn't have noticed if it had been longer because we were each enjoying a "nice-a-rita! Our steaks were cooked perfectly medium well as requested and everything tasted great. This isn't my usual Lewisville location but I can say I'll frequent this location more often. read more

I wish there was an option to rate it a 0. Me and my boyfriend went by tonight to get some food & had terrible service. We were sat in the bar area & the server didn't attend to us whatsoever. She took our order and then passed us up the entire time we were there. We got our entrees before our appetizers & we told the girl who gave our entrees to us, we told her it was fine & to just not even serve the appetizers anymore because we had received our entrees. She turned back & told our server then shortly after our appetizer came out & my boyfriend laughed and said "i guess" then the guy who served the appetizers threw his hands up and said "im not gonna argue" as if we were looking to argue. We ended up eating quickly then paid on the tablet and left, the lady serving us didn't even bother to say goodbye. Just some advice, as servers you're supposed to be respectful & kind to your customers and we got the complete opposite of that, so work on that. We won't be coming back to this location. read more

Average price of cocktails are 15 and up but has full bar so no watered down cocktails. Average price of food is 14 and up. We were in the area and decided to have tex mex food. Although it was busier than usual but we got our table as soon as we entered. First thing we noticed was noise due to game night but we were cool with it. We opted $25 for two deal and ordered chicken fajita and Cajun Pasta. They were amazing and I think better than other outlets. For dessert we ordered cookie which was like Pizokie of BJ's but good. One thing we didn't like was that tables were not clean and they were really short on staff due to which there were delays in processing orders. read more

this is the best Chili's! not only is their food amazing, they have the most amazing, sweet staff! I was left in a very vulnerable situation, thank God it was next to this Chili's. I was treated so well considering I had no money, all my belongings (suitcase, plus 2 overnight bags, and purse), helpless. If it were possible I would just use a thumbs down for my review and move on. However, details are important and you have the right to understand why I rated this Chili's as I did. The Restaurant was packed this evening. We waited a good half hour to 45 minutes for a table and were then seated at a table that did not have enough seats for our party. So at first the hostess just crammed in another chair and then after an individual in our party complained another table was pulled together which gave us enough space to enjoy our subpar Chili's food. I will refrain from analyzing the food because in short I do not enjoy the cuisine at Chili's. And the new menus do not help. The Enchilada Soup is not good - too much cheese and what appears to be premade canned chicken. The Nachos were over seasoned. The beef fajitas were made with tough cuts of meat. The fries are cardboard. I could go on, but I won't. This evening the lights kept going off in this establishment. It is not a good feeling in the world we live in these days when you are in a packed restaurant and the lights go out. It happened 2-3 times during our 1 1/2 hour dinner. Not cool. Our server worked hard and tried to stay on it with the drinks. We had a birthday in our party and it was very sweet of the servers to sing. read more

My 5 stars are normally reserved for exceptional service, good food, good experience, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc, and I got all these at this Chili's location which was just an after-thought stop on my way to DFW airport with family. We stopped by here at around noon on Memorial day with wife and our two small kids. Wife was hungry and Chili's has always been a sure bet for us. We had never been to this location, so we did not know what to expect. We pretty much received VIP treatment as soon as we walked into the door. The manager opened the doors for us and quickly ushered us to our booth seats, bringing a booster seat and a high chair for our kids. Our waitress - Savannah - was right there to guide us through the updated menu and help us with our orders. No wait for someone to attend to us unlike other locations. The restaurant had a number of patrons when we arrived, and the quick service was an added bonus. This is a busy location since it is located right on highway 35 and close to a bunch of shopping areas. The restaurant was super clean, and updated, and all the waiters/waitresses working were jovial - not sure if they got a bonus - but everyone radiated happiness. We ordered the following drinks: $8.09 El Nino Margarita - Wife loves this drink and it was great! $8.49 Triple Berry Margarita - This was a great drink. The margarita drinks at Chili's normally don't disappoint. Chili's have a consistent formula of mixing these drinks that is bar-none. You can always know if they didn't do the mixing right in other Chili's restaurants since they offer the same drinks..but for this restaurant, the drinks were perfect! For the food, we ordered the following: $6.49 White Spinach Queso - Great. $11.19 Triple Dipper - Never disappointing! $4.99 Kid Quesadilla - kid ate most. I also like the Ziosk Table entertainment console at Chili's where you can re-order drinks, pay for your order, and entertain yourself or the kids with the numerous games on the console. Obviously Chili's is Chilis, but their new menu items are delicious so i had to write a review! I tried their new brisket quesadillas initially with the smokehouse platter (which was SO good, by the way, and comes with a ton of food) and had to come back for lunch a few weeks later because i was craving them! This time I just got the brisket quesadillas by themselves and they were just as good - super cheesy & a touch of jalapeños! Now I have not been to chili's in about 1.5 years, but apparently they took the chicken fried steak off the standard menu. Still served at various locations, but that's surprising too me. I ate a lot growing up. Our service was kind of slow for how few people were in here. We came to dinner a little early, so maybe the staff hadn't woken up yet. We just got curbside take-out, and although we couldn't bring home the atmosphere, nor did our order include a waiter to refill our drinks at home, it took care of our Chili's cravings for now. I tried the white queso spinach dip for the first time, and LOVED it! There's A LOT of spinach in it, to the point that it almost seems healthy! It's nicely flavored, too. Visited this location of Chili's a couple weeks ago when we had originally planned to visit a nearby Mexican restaurant that had closed. I have been a Chili's fan for years, so wasn't too upset. However, the overall quality of Chili's has gone downhill recently. Ordered the original baby-back ribs which were a bit dry this time. A little over a month ago, we visited the Eldorado/Tollway location and my wife had to sent a burger back which was literally burned to a crisp. Hopefully things improve soon. read more

I thought I'd reviewed this Chili's before... We used to be regulars when family would give us Chili's gift cards, a friend worked here, they had the 2 for $20 deal, and it's conveniently near the movie theater at Vista Ridge. It's been a long time since we were regulars, but this still appears to be a consistently good Chili's location. We came back after getting a Chili's gift card from corporate after consistently bad experiences at the Castle Hills / The Colony Chili's location. (That location... no bueno.) So instead of giving our more local Chili's yet another chance, we went back to the old reliable Lewisville location. And it was good. Just like before. The 2 for $20 deal is now 2 for $22, but it's still an excellent value. I think that's a great deal for an appetizer (we always get chips and guac, which also comes with salsa and is bottomless) and 2 entrees (we usually get the chicken fajitas, which are consistently good). Tip: they'll cook the onions that come with the fajitas however you want. So we like them done more (vs more crunchy and "raw"), we tell them, and they're way better than way (IMO). They've added a few more beers on tap, finally trying to cater to the craft explosion, but they're late to the game and the selection still isn't impressive. But hey, it's better than it was! Also, burgers here are fairly good, although I think the fajitas are more consistent and better overall. I really like their guacamole, too. If you're in the area and want an affordable meal that's not exotic but doesn't suck, this is a reliable option. I admit we don't go here often these days since there are more fun places around to try, but I have to hand it to this Chili's location - they're doing it right. read more

We were greeted immediately upon entering and seat at a table. The place was clean and I assume it's just family day after church because there's a lot of family's with kids. My sliders and southwestern egg rolls were awesome. I don't too much care for other things on the menu. I just go for the appetizers I like. Kenn had a burger and Tam had the shrimp pasta. Chili's is a sure thing. Although they will not win any culinary awards you can always expect good service and a nice meal at a fair price. Venue Clean. Standard Chili's. I liked the table side credit card terminal at the table. Ok, this is not a perfect implementation of table side entertainment. However, it does solve the annoying problem of not being able to find your waiter when you are ready to pay and leave. Paying an extra 99cents to goof around playing games is not my thing. I have now had two bad experiences at two different locations of yours and no one gets back to me. I have been mistreated by a bartender at the Lewisville location which I left the explanation about. I also was poorly treated from the to-go lady at your Irving Mall location. Like I don't understand what is going on because you all are brinker and I know plenty people that work for brinker that would be outraged by this treatment. Epic fail. We went to this Chili's location for my daughters 15th birthday dinner. We had a party of six and when or food came out only five people's plates wee served. The kitchen forgot to make my daughters plate. The waitress did offer a free salad while we were waiting for her plate to be made. We declined the salad. My daughters plate came out to the table 12 minutes later. The waitress was nice and apologized. It is my opinion that we should not have had to pay for it due to the kitchen slacking.
