Veteran POV: Customer service here is a bit of a roll of the dice, but the chefs don't miss and the bartenders do their thing. I came in for my birthday looking for one thing: a break from the noise of the week and a moment to just be present with my family. Like the rest of the chain, this spot runs solid specials. Last visit they had drinks under $10, so we went to work: Pineapple Mojito, Beatbox Hawaiian Punch, Bourbon Pineapple Punch, Strawberry Margarita, plus a few Mango Carts to keep things balanced. Shoutout to the bartender, drinks took a minute and we had to remind the waitress a couple times, but when they hit? They HIT. The bourbon pineapple punch was my favorite... packed a mean punch, respectfully. Food-wise, kids crushed cheeseburgers, fries, and boneless wings. Adults handled ultimate nachos (chicken, guac, queso on the side) and ordered 15 wings that magically became 30 thanks to a special. Pro tip: ask for wings fried hard, they'll come out exactly how wings are supposed to. Zero survivors. Waitress Lexy went MIA for a bit, but once we tracked her down she got our game on the right TV, so all was forgiven. After a tough week and some heavy emotions, good food, strong drinks, and family time were exactly what I needed. Good spot to chill. Go when the deals are on and you'll be just fine. read more

Out of towner here, So I started my Sunday across the street at another place that had horrible service. ( they'd rather gossip in a corner than to make sure people are taken care of) so I went to b dubs and was instantly greeted and served. beer came before I needed to order another and the women working were very personable and friendly my bartender was Lilly and she was on point. We got here a few times a month. The whole staff there treats us like family. Never a long wait. Typically we go around 6/7pm. The only thing I could complain about is the room to your right when you walk in is super cold. I've just learned to ask for anywhere other than that room. Food alway comes out fresh and hot. Managers are amazing there we have had our share of bills being screwed up a little when we eat with friends but the managers are super quick to fix it up. Bathroom always in nice shape too, the hosts as quick to greet us then always smiling and telling us see ya next time. Rewards program is an amazing deal too we tend to always have enough points for a free appetizer every time we go. So just download the app when you checkout give them your phone number to earn rewards. Also they have trivia on your phone every night. You can earn rewards to use on your next visit using that too. Stopped here on the way back from the Strawberry Festival before making our hour drive home. I read the reviews and have to say that I didn't experience or feel any of the negative comments this place received. In saying that, the comments were older and just after COVID, so there's that transition curve. I really liked the bright openness of the layout of the restaurant. It was clean, and our bartender was super outgoing and funny. I was watching the other tables and servers, and everything seemed to flow well. One of the waitresses even approached us to compliment my husband, telling him that the blue shirt he was wearing was really his color. So I have to check the friendly box. The wings were good and hot. Not the bonless chicken wings (tender) but the real deal. IJS! If I lived closer, I could see us going there frequently. My family and I went to B dubs on 8/3/24 the atmosphere was average for them the were showing the Olympics and other sports which was nice. The waitress at first was very attentive, but not helpful, it seemed like we were an inconvenience. My wife and I were trying to decide which apps we wanted and our waitress kept interrupting, and writing down the items we were talking about not telling her. We had to tell her three or four times what we wanted not what she wrote down. I have Alpha Gal Syndrome I am allergic to red meat. I asked if I could get the bean patty instead of the beef patty on the cheese curd burger. She left and came back "I sorry we can't do that". Uhm what why? The bean patty sandwich/burger had only vegetarian options. I NOT A VEGETARIAN!!! Like the bean patty doesn't cost $5 and you would be loosing money. Don't get me started on the anorexic wings. Wow those things are SMALL, Drive south and go to Dukes. Their wings are twice to three times the size and for the same amount of money.. After the food was brought, we had to ask three different times to get drinks refilled one for me. Five minutes later my daughter needed a refill we had to wait and wait for Down and then another five or so minutes my wife needed a refill. We had to wait and wave her down. Why could she not have paid attention and done all the drinks together? She didn't care after we had the food she didn't ask if we wanted any desserts. She just gave us the bill and dropped it off. I placed a Togo order and only waited about 5 minutes for pick up. When I got home I realized that I only got 1 small bit of dressing for my salad! Also, I ordered a Cobb salad, it was supposed to have blue cheese crumbles....they were absent. No onions or cucumbers. So I basically got a bowl of lettuce with a few slices of tomato and an egg. Not what I'd call a $14 salad. I ordered a side of Mac n cheese which was $4.99...it was literally like 4 Oz. Really unhappy with the quantity and quality of food. We spent $71 and wish we had stayed home. My wife's order had issues too. She got garlic Parm on boneless and for some reason that sauce was loaded with black pepper!? Strange, I like hot and wouldn't eat them. She paid extra for carrots and celery and the celery was brown and partially rotted. Be 100% transparent the cheese curds were good. And that's all I had to eat. Avoid BWW, don't give them your money cause you can see from the other reviews they are a chain and don't care. Wing House is a good alternative. For the Wednesday night dinner my brother in law was in town and we decided to meet up at the buffalo wild wings. We were greeted by our server with the menus. After browsing through the menus we decided to order boneless chicken wings, large potato fries, traditional chicken wings, traditional chicken sandwich and for drinks we ordered cocktail and beer. First we got our drinks. The cocktail was delicious and we loved our cocktail. Then we started getting our food. The boneless wings, fries and traditional chicken sandwich was delicious and we loved it. The traditional chicken wings were good but were dry. So we ordered our server that it is dry although we told them while ordering the dry rub spices. This was the only issue we had with particular wild wings location. The server bought the sauces and that made the wings better. Loved our dinner. read more

Outside patio is a great place to relax and watch sports. The service is exceptional and prompt.

The empty parking lot was the first red flag considering all the other restaurants seemed to be fairly busy (even the Red Lobster next door). Walked in and the sign said seat yourself to the bar or the dining room and the "to go" bar was closed. There were less than 10 people in the entire place. I sat down at the bar where there were 3 other people. No one ever greeted me. I sat there for close to 5 minutes and never saw a bar tender. I just got up and left. Walked next door to the walk on bar. It was slammed and I got greeted by the bartender even before I sat down. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. I've eaten at other BWW that were great. I would skip this one until they make some changes. read more

I got the buffalo chop salad and my husband got wings and tots. The lettuce was old and it was doused in whatever dressing they used. The tenders were just fried tenders with a little bit of buffalo sauce, squirted over them. The wings were small and only had meat on one side of the bone. The waitress asked if I wanted a knife to cut my chicken tenders and she brought it when I had one left. She was very slow. We had to wait for my salad. We had to wait for our drinks. We had to wait for our napkins. We had to wait for our bill and now we just want to leave and never come back. Our check was not correct. baseball on the TV was good. Arrived here after the lunch rush, if there even was one. The parking lot was pretty empty, but as we were walking in 2 groups were leaving. Stood at the hostess desk for a solid 5 minutes without being greeted or anything. We had come hungry wanting some wings and chocolate cake, but they decided that wasn't in our plans today. First of all, no one was at the front when I came in it took a while to get anyone that worked there as they walked by and looked at me to help. Second of all, I was there to pick up my to go order, and little did u know they charged me for the dipping ranch and blue cheese without telling me. My order was 15 wings, and they gave me and they shorted me on them I called and was told that the Manger was busy and they took my number said she would call me back later and never received a call. A few wings here and a few wings there probably do this to make up for the cooks and waitresses to take home free food or to make up shortages on the food coast. Never called me back. The funny thing was I was getting wings here to see if this place was any good because in our weekly meetings, my co-workers wanted wings at our meetings, and they are close by. 10 people can eat a lot of wings. They messed this one up. We will be taking our business someplace else. Other than this rip-off place. How can you run a business when you are actually still from people and lie to them? Don't go to this place. They changed me 1.50 for this little thing of ranc h and another 1.50 for blue cheese. Now, if I came in and ate, would they have charged me for the ranch and blue cheese? Stopped by after our shopping. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. We gave the host our name and then waited outside until we were called. Due to COVID, which was fine by us. The waitress was very informative and friendly. We placed our order, the wait time was less than 20 minutes. We have been to other Buffalo wild wings area. First time here, We were not disappointed! This place has the worst service of any restaurant that I have ever been to in Lakeland. The employees don't care, will walk past you when you're waiting for a host that seemingly doesn't exist. We walked in and were told to seat our selves. So we tried to and I counted at minimum 9 tables that had trash and plates on them. We have waited upward of 20 minutes to be seated because of no host, then we spent 45 minutes waiting to ORDER. Not get our food. To ORDER we finally ordered because the poor bartender had been watching us and was trying to wait on floor tables and take care of the bar. The ambiance is that of a regular Bdubs and the food is always good.. after you wait an hour and a half to get to it. I've tried coming here 3 times and every single time has been terrible. I've been eating at Buffalo Wild Wings for over 20 years. This is the WORST LOCATION EVER. My family went to celebrate a birthday and arrived at 11 when they opened. The floors were still dirty from the night before. There was only 1 server, the guy who just stood around and a manager( really rude). There were other people there and more were coming in. It took a while to get drinks and the appetizer came with the food. The poor waitress was running all over helping people while the manager stood at the front talking to the other guy. After a while the waitress asked for help. The manager came over to take our order. SHE WAS ACTING LIKE DOING THIS WAS BENEATH HER. SHE NEVER SMILED AND WAS GENERALLY ALL AROUND UNPLEASANT. We got out food and it was not very good. I got pieces of onion rings with a nasty wrap. The 2 salads others in our party got had 4 small chunks of chicken on it. The wings and tots the others got were just ok. All in all the whole experience was really bad especially for a birthday celebration. I can not recommend this place at all. A buddy and I went for a few drinks the other night. It wasn't terribly busy but his drinks where a bit slower then I'd expect. The bartender was nice but making drinks a bit.slow. the atmosphere was nice and relaxing which is a plus. He ordered the brisket tots which was tasty but hardly any brisket. I have been disappointed by BWW in the past, but man, this place takes the award for being the worst. Where to start... The service was horrendous. The only person who was somewhat decent was the lady who sat us at our filthy table. The waiter didn't come by for a good 5-10 minutes, at this point we all knew what we wanted. He came by to take our drink orders, my drink order being water and a beer. He brought 2 people in our party their drinks, but not me or my brother. The beers were poured, we saw them at the bar, and they sat there for a long time before we got them. I would say I saw our waiter walk by those drinks about 6 times before he brought them to us. I had to ask again for water because it never came. I ordered wings with blue cheese and fries. Fries never came and I was okay with it at the end because the wings were so bad I couldn't stomach eating anything else. The dipping sauce portion was very small and it was RANCH, which isn't what I wanted (even though stereotypically white folks like their ranch dressin'.) The wings were hard and overcooked, many of the wings barely had meat on them and you could see the bones. This was it for me. BWW is dead to me and I will never waste my time, money or taste buds on this company again. I've had better wings at Winn-Dixie in the afternoon than at a place that has WINGS in its name. As always, the wings were cooked to perfection. I was able to watch MLB, Belmont races, and tennis, which I enjoy all to some degree. Out service was great (oops, forgot to get our server's name). Been coming to this location for years. Have had many bad experiences and a few good ones. I think after last night's experience I'm done. My girl ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and it was clear they used a boneless wing for the chicken. Not only was it breaded they gave her a single wing on the salad. For $11.00 I expect a decent amount of chicken like the menu clearly shows. Had to send the salad back and ask for more chicken. I ordered a 6 piece wing and fries and had to send the fries back because it was clear they've been sitting out for a long time. They were also caked in pepper (probably to hide the fact they were old). For what they're charging I expect hot fresh food. read more

To start off the ladies restroom is disgusting. You can tell they don't clean it at all. It smells like hot piss in 100° weather. I walked in -- walked right out. Then, the food comes. I order Carribean Jerk and Thai Curry fried crispy with a side fry; and the wings were disgusting. Granted, they did great on the fry crispy part, but failed terribly at the other half. Apathetic servers led by an equally apathetic manager. We stood for a fairly long time in a half empty restaurant while several servers walked past us before anyone asked us about being seated. Manager had to ask wait staff if they were on a wait list, when we could clearly see at least 5 tables in the center of the restaurant that were open. Food order was taken in a timely order and food was brought quickly. Our server (Levi) checked on us frequently and was probably the reason for the second star. There's something about Buffalo Wild Wings that just isn't good anymore, and this most recent visit confirmed it for us. When we arrived, the restaurant was jam packed full of people on the booth side. No social distancing was enforced, and I (someone who isn't super concerned about the pandemic) actually felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. Luckily for us, they were able to give us a high top table in the back away from everyone in the booths. The bar side was not busy at all. Our waitress was nice, and took our order fast. We had no issues with her being rude... But we did have issues with the speed of service. We ordered the hottest wings (Carolina reaper) and didn't get a refill on our drinks the entire time. I ended up washing my last wing down with ice. When it comes to the food, the wings were very dry and didn't have enough sauce on them, but they were okay in taste. The fries were surprisingly fresh and crispy, and I've never received good fries from a Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, so that's a plus! When we were finished, the server dropped the receipt on the table and walked away. We didn't know how we were supposed to pay (up front or with her) since it's been a while since we've been here. I had to walk up front to ask where to pay, and it WAS with the server, so I was curious as to why she originally didn't take my card at the table when she asked if we were ready to pay. I understand that it was busy, but maybe the restaurant needs to bring in more servers on the weekends, or maybe they had some call outs tonight... Whatever the case may be, there still weren't enough servers to take care of the amount of guests that were in there at the time we went. read more

My daughter and I went yesterday and the server was nice and very attentive but the food was horrible. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, and it was cold when they brought it out with a 1/4th filled ramekin of cheese. Not even a single good dips worth. I sent them back and the new order was hot but same lack of cheese for dipping. For dinner we ordered the brisket tacos. One of my daughters was just a slab of fat and no meat, disgusting!! The flavor of those tacos was horrible. We only ate a little and refused a to-go box. The waitress never questioned our lack of consumption, which should always be a red flag to a server. She also told us the manager had taken the pretzels off but hadn't and had actually charged us for two orders. When I brought it to her attention, she only took 1 order off and never comped the order they said they would even though she had initiated that conversation, not me. (We only ordered 1) We will never eat here again. It was by far the worst food we've ever eaten out and the ticket was ridiculous. I saw they had honey garlic wings so I placed an order while at work around 6:30 PM online to pick up after I got off work at 11PM. Later I got a call from a phone number with a different area code. They called twice but I did not answer figuring it was a sales call or scam. No one left a message. I go to pick up my order and she says "just fries?". When I said "no, wings too" she responded with "we have been out of wings for a couple hours". First off how do they run out of wings. It is in their name and their main thing. That is like Pizza Hut running out of pizza or Starbucks running out of coffee. Not thinking I said I will just take the fries then. I was thinking as if they all ready made it up special but it was fries. It was not till I got home that I realized I ended up paying over $8. My fries were $3.99 plus they had a $.99 take out fee. They charge people to pick up their own food? To top off my horrible experience I had set up a 15% tip. They did not adjust it from my full order to just the fries. Thus 15% became about 74%. They were clearly sending me a message and I heard it loud and clear. "Do Not Come Back!!!!" Trust me, I won't. read more
