We had bone in and boneless wings delivered. We could barely seperate the meat because it was so dry and overcooked. They appeared to have been under the heat lamp for quite sometime. I complained to Uber Eats for a 3.49 refund on 35.00 worth of food. read more

Horrible food service from the back of house. Management is useless! I even contacted corporate headquarters after several issues with orders. And the general manager for this location was actually able to close out the complaint with no resolution! This is the Good Morning! who has a profile on LinkedIn, yet is never onsite. It's no wonder they have a 2.4 yelp review with over 200,000 reviews! The customer relations office was shocked by the fact that the complaint was closed. It's a wonder this place is still in business. Save your money for another restaurant! read more

I have to admit that I am a chicken wing enthusiast! I could eat chicken wings any and every day of the week. Came by BWW for a quick bite before heading back to the hotel room in Johnson City while working out of towns ordered the 15 wings and a couple of beers and truly enjoyed myself. Boy did I eat too much!!! Those wings were huge! But they were good read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my mom's birthday and there is cheese in our drinks. You would think you would have enough common sense to clean the cups. Also, after waiting 1hr for 6 wings and a burger, we didn't even get ranch, silver ware, and the fries we had ordered. This is the worst experience we have ever had. Sad we had it on my mom's birthday. I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible read more

This place is located in the right location in Johnson City and I enjoyed going here every time. We have been here on a Saturday evening not so crowded and always was attended and treated well by the staff. We order both the traditional and boneless wings. I enjoyed the traditional but the boneless looked like the chicken was cooked too long ago and had the sauces mixed in it and delivered. The meat was chewy. Ironically, The cauliflower bites were the best of the meal. They also offer a significant amount of cocktails and beers which I really enjoyed. The new billing system to do contactless was a good idea. Thank you for following all the COVID protocols to keep the community safe. read more

I walk in and place could t have been open more than an hour two max, bathrooms were in bad shape like never done from night before and not stocked. no one at host stand so I sat myself. food was terrible. Service was ok hence reason I have two stars instead of one. my roommate ordered the boneless wings last night home and I had no idea why they were almost black then I come today and they were also just about black when I ordered them in New Jersey few months ago the same mango habanero wings were lighter in color but they were actually good. My burger came out with no flavor very bland and my French fries were not only recooked but you could tell at under the heat lamp forever and also they needed to change their grease. NEVER GOING BACK, WILL SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE! they gave me a measily 5 bucks off and I was kind about everything. just bad all way around, don't waste your time. Go to wild wing cafe atleast before here! read more

This location has been just off the last few times my wife and I have been. Last night I we stopped in my food come out as I ordered but my wife order og buffalo wings and it come out with dry rub, but wasn't what she ordered she told The waiter and said I didn't want dry rub , that was taken back and fixed. She told him just to bring medium wings. They didn't do that. The "large" fry was a tiny portion for the price, not only that they was also cold. Positive note the mixed drinks was good, Bloody Mary and delicious. Probably won't be back to this location again. read more

Walked in, was sat. Place was dead on a Sunday evening. Every table in the dining room had food and we waited 15 were never greeted and left. This isn't the first time we've had to wait for service at this location. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has excellent chicken wings but are definitely not known for their service. Its strange how its not actually the table servers that make for a bad experience but usually the rigmarole of being sat. The 1st time eating at this particular establishment they were busy but not game night busy, it was actually Valentine's day. We were told it would be a wait unless we opted for the bar area since this was not a romantic date but a casual friend night out. We must have sat their for over 15 minutes before I decided to hunt down a server. There were 3 patrons at the bar and the bartender was not busy with customers but finely engrossed in cleaning her station. Our table was right next to the bar and we must have made eye contact with her at least 5 times but she never seemed concerned with our lack of service. At one of the tables next 2 us, there also seemed to be 2 employees on duty (as they were in uniform with no food in front of them) who seemed more concerned with making a play list on their laptop than our lack of service. They ended up hanging out at that table just chilling the entire hour and a half we were there. Other employees gathered and wondered over there from time to time. So after patiently waiting for over 15 minutes (my friend and I were chatting it up anyhow) I decided to return to the host stand to see if we would get waited on that evening. He apologized and told us he would send someone over. We did get greeted with a polite and enthusiastic server that made up for lost time so good on him. It has been my experience that this seating problem and lack of concern for customers needs are pretty common and I am not super into the sports bar scene anyhow so I started getting my wings to go so I can enjoy them at home. The wings are exceptional and they have a lot of sauces to choose from. This is a great place to hit up for a late night snack and bevy especially in this town where there isn't a lot of options. read more

I couldn't be happier writing a review for any place more than I am for Buffalo Wild Wings Honestly, the best chicken wings there are. And it is a universal opinion! My fiancé and I would call it our hunger pang reliever! And, also the service although a lil slow , is still commendable! Last night, our waitress was extremely polite and hospitable We enjoy every visit to this restaurant! Kudos to the team! read more

Save yourself time and definitely money and just go to Kickback Jacks. Only reason I didn't give it a 0 was because the wings are ok.

One of few places in the area that closes later, so it's a good spot to find a bite late night. Nice beer choices. Been here a few times and food never felt special. It's not bad, just unfortunately not good either. Got the Bayou Po' Boy, and it didn't live up at all to a "Po' Boy" in any way shape or form. Onion rings weren't great, and chicken wings I felt were too sweet. Service tonight however was excellent. Girl who took care of us was friendly, and attentive without being too much. Great place to go to if you have a larger group, and also they have tons of TVs with sporting events on so good for that if that's what you're looking for. read more

I haven't been to a specialty buffalo wings eatery in the five years I have been in Murka...until today. We went in for lunch and ordered unsweet tea (very good), fries (also very good) and, some wings. Well, in among the wings were some legs, but that was good because I prefer them to wings. The wings were really, really good and the salad we ordered as a side was equally good. The service, though slow, was good and friendly. In short, this is a good place to eat. It's full of TVs and a little noisy but it all fits. We'll be back. read more

To be able to review, I had to give this place 1 star but I do not even think that they earned that. When I arrived, hostess staff told me that they would change a television to a game that I wanted to watch. When the game started, I asked the server to change to the needed game and she told she could not because someone requested a specific game. Looking around, there was no one else faced in that direction. I challenged her on it and she acted as if she could care less. When I asked for her name and her manager, she told me that it does not matter because she did not care! I was shocked. Customers do not matter to this server and as an extension to this restaurant as a whole! I spoke to the manager and requested that this server be re-educated in customer service and/or terminated as her poor display of attitude warranted it. Until things change, I would suggest customers spend their money elsewhere. read more

NEVER in my life have I EVER gone to a restaurant and had literal rotten food.... To the point to where you bite into it, you can tell it's bad AND it smells like absolute death to the point I almost threw up at the table. And watching staff go in and out of the bathrooms without taking off their aprons?... Not only did the manager not know how to handle the situation or take care of his customers but he was incredibly rude and so was the staff handling the phone when we called to ask for the general manager's information and they told us that they can't give out that info. We tried to call the general managers info that was on the door and apparently that is no longer the general manager. Never going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Johnson city again. Props to our server we had though, she was great. Praying that we don't get food poisoning.... Especially with me being 9 months pregnant. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Wet poor slow service. Dirty table and menu and we're poor quality of food. No air conditioning!

Sadly. Our waiter was awful. Spoke with manager, who is a great guy! I still gave a good tip but kind of feel badly about giving him too much cause it was lousy service. We had to get two other waiters plus the manager to help us- even to just bring us silverware and honey mustard. Would've liked to give the tip to the manager and get other waiter that actually helped us! Most of food was good. Though one item was served cold when it definitely should've been served hot. Appetizer came out after our entree!! Sorry but would not recommend. read more

If i could give them zero stars, I would. My boyfriend's food came out 10 minutes before mine and he had a very small portion of fries. Definitely not that he paid for. Thinking mine would be fresh because of the wait, well I was very WRONG. My wings and fries were probably the coldest I had ever ate. I never received a refill on my beverage and the lady never gave us an option to pay with cash. Not very good customer service or good food. read more

The service is terrible. They brought us our drinks and then stood around and didn't come back. The food is cold. Bad place overall.

Where to start...let's see...went in on a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy. We were seated and our drink order was taken...fast forward 15 minutes...we finally get our drinks. She then takes our order...fast forward 30 minutes and finally out comes our food. Everyone around us got theirs at the same time which was a weird I admit. I take a bite of the first wing and it's cold! I was so hungry I finally finished up and when I complained to the server she replied "would you like for me to have them make some fresh ones in a to go box?" Ummmm no, I replied "I don't have an extra hour to wait but thanks!" If she replied that quick with that "fix", that tells me this is a normal occurrence! The Guinness was very good. Too often a bar has it on tap but the staff aren't able to pour or pull a good pint! It was a bit on the chilly side but it was still a very good pint! What else to say about the wings, good as usually are at various locations. Had grilled chicken ceased salad and it was good as well, had to get extra dressing since it was a little dry but that's no big deal. DO NOT EAT HERE THIS PLACE HAS MAJOR FOOD CODE VIOLATIONS! Went here for dinner and they served us rotten wings not undercooked or well done they were rotten. Never in my life have I been served rotten food. I asked to speak to the manager and he kinda shrugged it off and offered to give us free dessert after we told him we lost our appetite we said no and asked for the bill which I would've thought after being served and after biting into something that probably is going to cause me to have food poisoning the whole meal would have been free he only took off the wings....while paying the bill I watched the head cook walk in and out of the restroom with his cooking apron on! Major violation this is how people get sick! I brought it to the manager Wills attention and he said that he'd been doing this for 8 years and he knew what he was doing and I didn't. Please stay away from this place for your own health. read more

My wife and I have been to this bfw on numerous occasions. I always order the Ultimate Nachos with chicken. I also order a game changer beer. Today was no different than any other. I ordered the nachos and a beer. When I received the nachos, I was very disappointed. I had to search to the very bottom to find 34 small cubes of chicken, 5 chili beans and 3 pots of very light melted cheese. So basically I received a lot of chips and vegetables. Unsatisfactory! My grandson ordered the 10 piece mini corn dogs. They came with a side of honey muster. He enjoyed them so much, he wanted another order. This time, no side for dipping. I said all of that to say this. Customers want consistency. Today was a sure sign of poor management. read more
