I found that the chicken is dry and the sauce started to be the more exciting piece of the chicken even though I got bone in it felt like it was just overcooked. In my opinion, your best wings are still moist. The cheese curds are good. The sampler appetizer was subpar the Amount of sour cream was too excessive. The area is clean. The servers are friendly and lots of parking available. It wasn't too busy. I'll disclose with saying that I worked at BWW in a couple locations many MANY years ago and I've visited several locations in my lifetime but tonight at this location was by far my worst experience. I was more than nice to the bartender whom was rarely if ever present and it was prior to 10pm... when the location is open until 12am on a Monday. The World Series was on and MNF, neither audio was on for either the WS of MNF. Shameful for a sports bar.I asked for MNF on a tv and finally it was on a very small tv screen. I had to send my food back for being incorrect and we had to ask for our tab twice. We almost didn't visit this place due to their terrible 2 star ratings but I wanted to give them a chance... I shouldn't have. Also I should note that there were multiple servers present with minimal tables sat (overstaffed) but the service was crap. They need to improve on their management aspect, their customer service AND their care for overall service and food orders. Seriously, get your isshh together. You are a national chain restaurant. Improve your processes and procedures or get crap for profits and high overhead, it's completely up to you. You can do better. read more

This is by far the worst restaurant and it's been horrible for years with no improvement. We keep going back because the flavor is better than most, but it's always a bad experience. I have picked up an order and discovered half my order is missing when i get home! Quite a disappointment when feeding a lot of ppl. Not too mention a lot of the time the wings are incredibly small, which they charge $1.37+ each. And you can tell they mix the blue cheese with ranch. They don't do it all the time, but it's obvious when they do. We can't stand ranch. The restaurants are disgusting, you can smell the nasty carpet and/or the nasty rags they use to clean the tables. The app is a joke when it finally works. I try to redrem points to pay, which it doesn't show in the cart, so I do it again, still nothing. I go look at my points and my points have been removed twice and it still won't let me apply it to the cart!! Also when ordering for their buy 1, get 1 half off it usually shows in the cart the total amount you'll be getting, for example: 10 traditional + 10 traditional 1/2 off. Now it just shows 10 traditional so you think you need to add another 10 that you'll be getting half off and you think maybe it'll apply the discount in the cart. It doesn't I paid full price for all of it. I will never understand how anyone can say their wings are good, It's an insult to wings! For some unknown reason my friends love this place, so I go here from time to time and am always more disappointed then the last. Service is always god awful. I used to write really short reviews so let me redo this one. I have been coming to this location for years. I remember when The first buff wild wings came to Houston. The first location was in the rice village area. When I lived in the heights we would always go there and watch ufc events. Back in the day Wednesday's, Buffalo Wild Wings would sell legs for .50! Who remembers that! Not sure why they got rid of those but those were my fave. This location is always busy! They do a great job though. As much traffic as they see I must give them five stars. I wonder how many people frequent this place during peak times because they are always packed. I stopped going as much on Tuesday because they got rid of their .60 wing special. That was a great deal. Then they made the 10 Pc the 9pc for the 10pc price. Lots of changed that Impacted clients in a negative way but I have to admit the wings are so good I will probably always come back. The fast break lunch special is around 10.00 bucks.
