Over the past year, my husband and I have noticed a steady decline in the quality and portion sizes at this location. Today, the experience was unacceptable by any standard. During our visit around 2-3pm, the boneless wings were shockingly small. The side of carrots and celery was equally disappointing, a few tiny, withered pieces. The potato wedges were about an inch long, razor-thin, and so overcooked they were nearly burnt. The worst part came halfway through our meal. My husband noticed a strange odor coming from his traditional wings. It was unmistakable; the meat was rotten. We immediately left, but unfortunately, it was too late. We became extremely ill shortly after and had to cancel the rest of our Saturday plans. Such a disappointment, not only by the visible decline in quality, but also a serious food safety concern. My family used to come to this location quite frequently. The service used to be great, but today and our last visits have been atrocious when it comes to service. We ordered the exact same thing as the week previous, and the said it was not an option and it wasn't an option when we're were there before. Stopped by for a Friday late lunch. My wife and I will usually stop in here a couple times a month. The restaurant isn't bad but not great either. I've really not been fond of how quickly the service goes from present to ghost town right at 2pm when the management team just cuts most of the lunch waiting staff. So, if you're getting a late lunch just before 2pm, be prepared for crap shoot service. The wings here are fairly consistent in size but the seasoning is widely variable and so we've learned over time to express how much seasoning you might want on your chicken... else it will go anywhere from near naked chicken to an overbearing "let's aim to choke the sh*t out of you at first bite" seasoning levels. Today, the chicken was good and the onion rings were fried perfectly. I really enjoy the southwest ranch dip they offer with the onion rings here. It is a pretty savory flavor combination. Another thing I enjoy about the onion rings is the batter. I'm not a fan of the crumb style onion ring batter you find at many restaurants. These onion rings has a smooth beer batter style golden crust that adheres well to the ring without crumbling to pieces like some cheap edible erector set. Our server, Tyler, was pleasant and attentive, checking in frequently and keeping our drinks refilled. The bathroom today could have been cleaner, but at least it had great soap and the paper towel dispenser worked. We eat here a couple times a month, the last few times have been awful experiences. We dined in about two weeks ago, our waitress continued to joke with us about how she kept forgetting about us. While she kept coming to our table without drinks, napkins etc. sat there for at least an hour before we received our food. BWW isn't at the top of there game, but they do good enough we find ourselves there frequently. I've gone in with my family, friends, and ordered food for meetings at work. The orders have been a little off a couple of times and the service is always friendly but not always the fastest. The food is consistently good and the management is very friendly. They are split into a restaurant and bar half, but there's no divider so if you want a non-smoking only restaurant this would not be the spot. I find it's a great place to grab a bite or a drink and they are cigar-friendly which is a plus for me. I'm not sure who they hired for the contracting but none of the lines on the tile walls are straight and there's always boogers and spit on the walls by the urinal and it's not even attached well to the wall all the caulking is loose. I'm not sure when they clean them but they definitely don't clean the walls around the sink the hand dryer, soap, dispenser, or anything like that. The faucet it's about to fall off and you almost slip and fall every time you walk in there. It's such an awesome place for them not to pay attention in detail on the bathroom where you clean yourself before you eat the food! And also, I'm not sure what's with the menu's but every time I get one it's either sticky or the wet. Also, for some reason the app never works right when you're in there trying to claim your points and the server takes forever to get it figured out. read more

I have been in to this BWW now 3 times and left without eating. I have given them a chance to say the least. My husband and I have sat at the table without even a hello from anyone for 15 minutes as the staff just walks by and looks at us 3 times now. The last time I went, which was 06/17 at 6:30, the manager even walked by and looked at us without greeting us. She talked to the other tables around us and did not speak to us. We had menus, had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, and we did not even have drinks on the table. We sat and watched 4 employees chit chatting at the drink station next to where the hostess station is while we sat and waited. The previous time we went, which was a week earlier, the same thing happened. The staff were paying so much attention to talking to each other, they did not even know we were leaving. I told one of the girls at the hostess station that we were leaving because we had sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our waiter and he never came by. Instead of trying to remedy the situation (there was a manager right there) she said ok and went back to chit chatting with her buddies. What was really funny about this particular visit is that the hostess was talking to another employee about how she could not seat us with this one waiter because he could not handle his tables and then she sat us in his section. When you do get food, it is hit or miss. I have even asked for a drink and had the waiter say do you really want that, maybe you should go with something else. I have also been told when asking about import beer that I should maybe look at something cheaper, as if I would ask for a beer that I cannot afford????? Our server Treena, and MOD Kayla were fantastic! Thank you both for being so awesome and accommodating. However, our food order was tremendously wrong. We understand situations for the most part. But every part of our lunch was wrong. I just want the company to be aware. There's a plethora of things that could contribute to this.
