Excellent everything. This is a great place to watch important games. The food is outstanding as usual. This is also a great place to take kids for lunch. There are some game machines where kids actually win prizes. The kids menu is very good and you can feed a family here with wise choices. I keep trying to love it again, but in the last year it just keeps going downhill. Came here and ordered a beer. Got our beer about 10 minutes after it was ordered. Ordered chili con queso, we got soggy greasy chips and half the queso we normally get as well as half the chips. One of the most ridiculous encounters I have ever had! I travel every week and usually hit BWW because I know what to expect. What everyone should expect is two or more millinal staff chatting it up while you sit at the bar for five minutes or so. This trip took the cake. I always order the same thing, I start with a short Coors Light. And every time the bar tender says to me its cheaper to by the tall. Which I respond "Charge me for a tall and put in a short glass" But this Mensa Member tells me she has to charge me more. Know what? I wish they have buffalo wild wings in my hometown. This place rocks!! I went there on superbowl sunday and have to stay in the place for more than 6 hours. And not a single second I mind being in that place even when my friends are going in and out of the place. LOL. I have been a huge fan of the salt & vinegar dry rub since it was rolled out. Unfortunately the past 3 times I ordered from here (3rd and final time tonight) I got wings with no taste at all. I mistakenly assumed that if I put double the seasoning in my order this time I would at least get some flavor, but nope. The first thing the bar tender(BARA 1 on my receipt) said to me after I ordered off the lunch menu was "lunch menu ended at 2:00 bud" with a super rude tone. For the whole time we were there, we felt as if we were an extreme inconvenience for this dude but we were literally the only ones in the bar area. Then to top it all off when we were checking out, I let him know we were both military for the discount, had my ID out, but STILL didn't put the discount on our tabs. This is not the first time we have had an experience like this. Normally I try to be patient and understanding, but I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for a to go order so I came in person to make an order. I got the order made (a decently large order) and asked to have sauces on the side. The order came out wrong after 30 minutes (not a huge deal) but when I brought it to their attn the manager accused me of lying and said I would have to wait as long as it took. I get mistakes happen, but especially when it's your fault then take responsibility and certainly don't get adversarial with customers...doesn't fix anything - super disappointed in customer service read more

Frustrated, because I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and visited this location while we are visiting Fargo. The service I received was just ok before we received our entrees. The first time our entrees were brought out, the wings had the wrong sauce. I understand these things happen so I said no big deal, and the server took back the incorrect flavor of wings and we waited for the correct order. When I bit into the garlic parmesan wings I noticed something was wrong and I noticed it was completely raw. At that point, I wanted to leave. I told the waitress that the wings were raw and she said it was gross and she apologized. I said we preferred to leave at that point. We were still charged for our two drinks and appetizer. I was not looking for a free meal, but did not feel like the staff wanted us there in the first place and did not show any effort in keeping our patronage. I do not think the raw chicken incident reflects all the food at the restaurant, but I see other reviews also mentioned raw chicken. This is the 3rd BWW location that I have visited. The other two were in Blaine,MN and Apple Valley,MN. I can say one thing about BWW consistently BAD service. I arrived around 1220 PM for lunch and sat at a table in the bar area. The waitress came to my table and took my drink order and came back with my soda. She asked if I knew what I wanted to order and I told her I needed 1 minute. One Minute. OnE MiNute. Uno Momento. So, you have the idea that I told her I needed 1 Minute. She did not return to my table for nearly 20 minutes. Remember, I am on my lunch break. When she did come back I told her I needed a take-out order now. I ordered a chicken sandwich. Again, that took over 15 minutes to come out. This was my experience at the other 2 BWW as well. Long Long Wait for food and inattentive staff that just seems to want to schlep beer. I have no idea how this chain is doing as well as it does. Oh yea, the cheap booze. Location is next to NDSU; therefore, most the staff seem to be students which doesn't not help with the level of service. The chicken sandwich rated 2 stars. Tasted as though it was cooked long ahead of time and zapped. Not recommended. Just walk across the parking lot to Subway, Taco Bell, or Burger King. It's a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I if you have been to one you know that there are lots of tables, TVs and beer options available! I just have to give crazy credit to how long I have loved the traditional wings, they never change, which is great! My favorite is the Buffalo Rub. I'm not a huge fan of getting the sauce all over my face, hands and clothes, so the rubs are fabulous! As this location is close to home base we come here often, it isn't anything to get too excited about but is nice when you are craving some wings and beer. I like the mango-habenero sauce on my wings. I have however been really disappointed in their salads recently. The salad consisted of huge chunks of the bottom portion of lettuce, not the nice leafy green part.
