I usually only try to post good and positive reviews on yelp and promote positivity but my wife and I's to go order was so bad I had to post it hoping to save others time and money and stomach aches. We got the 17.99 online deal with 20 boneless wings and fries. The wings tasted like they were fried hours before, so stale. They were not even fully sauced, also super small and not even warm. The fries were cold and also tasted like they were cooked hours before or refried again for my order. Unfortunately, our experience today was subpar. We were out with our granddaughter and were going to meet her parents here while they had dinner and return our granddaughter. They had a busy evening service at the time. Our kids arrived at 6:53 (they called us while walking in) and were sat immediately. The waitress took their drink order ten minutes later (2 sodas), brought them back, set them on the table, and then left. We arrived at 7:15 and sat at their table. At about 7:25, the waitress took our drink orders as well (water and a soda), quickly had them on the table, and then immediately left. We already knew we just wanted dessert, but she had left so quickly we couldn't order. I asked our son and daughter-in-law if they had ordered, and they said no, the waitress had never been back since delivering their drinks. By the time the waitress came back to take food orders, it was 7:35. The kids ordered burgers and fries. We had a slice of cake with ice cream to share. By 7:50, the baby was getting cranky and tired. Of course, she had a long day getting spoiled, so this is the perfect time to drop her back off to her parents, right? With her being tired and the kids having waited just under an hour now to get food, they decided to get it to go. I didn't see our waitress, so I went to the hostess, pointed to our table, and asked to get our food to go. She said she knew who our waitress was and would let her know. Shortly after, our food was delivered by a different person. I explained we wanted it to go, and she left to get it boxed up. No harm, no foul. Then, about a minute or less later, our waitress returned to confirm we wanted our food to go. I confirmed we did and said the baby was tired, and it had now been 55 minutes since they had arrived, so we were just going to eat at home. It's important to note that I was polite and in no way upset when I told her this. And up to this point, our waitress was polite, I was polite, and the lady who originally brought our food was polite. The kids were "hangry" but were not speaking, just staring down at the table in frustration. The waitress snapped back that they didn't order until after I had arrived. I replied that they couldn't order because nobody came to take their order. She said they were busy and ticket times were 30 minutes. I didn't want to argue or listen to why their order couldn't be taken for 40 minutes. I just wanted to go at this point. She immediately took our payment and processed it, which was appreciated. Kudos for this. When my wife and I got home, we each had been given a scoop of ice cream with chocolate and caramel syrup packed individually. Nice. Our food had also been put into separate bags, one for them and one for us. Another plus. If our waitress had just said something like "I'm sorry for the delay" it would have been better. It was giving a reason why the delay was ok that caused things to go downhill at the last moment. I don't need it insinuated that we were being unreasonable for not liking to have waited so long to eat, which is how it came across. Horrible I ordered and bourbon drink which I guess consists of freshly squeeze lime. I was mortified when I glazed back to witness the waitress squeezing the lime with her bear hands and dropping it into my drink. I'm going to preface this by saying I hate being critical of any business or person. Actually this is more directed towards one of the managers at BWW, not the restaurant as a whole. So my grandmother went to town yesterday and I got her to pick up this order for me and my brother. I receive the order and the free curds from my rewards points are there but it's only 15 wings instead of 20 and instead of 10 Buffalo and 10 garlic parm it was 5 orginal Buffalo, 5 Thai curry, and 5 honey barbecue. It was completely wrong. So I call and I talk to the manager. I told the manager the order was completely wrong and I would like a refund. He said 4 times during our convo that I put it in that way and I obviously didn't. I tried to keep my cool tho and then I stated that it may be on their system like that but I know what I ordered and I have proof. Then he literally said again "you put the order in that way" in a very smart ass tone. I then got a little uptight and cussed at him because being called a liar when you aren't 4 times is the most annoying thing ever. I even suggested it MAY say that on their system but that's not what I put in and I got it pulled up right in front of me. He then suggest I go 40 minutes out the way to go there and show them. I'm not going over 15 bucks. I care about the 15 bucks a little bit but im mostly upset being called a liar 4 times even after I said it may say that on their end. I don't even think it said that on their end but maybe it did. I called their help desk and told them about this piss poor manager and how he was insinuating I'm a liar. I told them the food was messed up but that stuff happens and I understand but I just want a refund for it and they can even look on my account and see the thousands of dollars I've spent here over the years without never asking for a refund. I'm a big guy, not normally cold, and I was freezing. When the food arrived, the salad was no more than a side salad that you would get at other restaurants. But it was $8. My wings had no sides; just 10 wings. And I paid $16 for those. And we had no silverware or napkins; I had to flag down our waitress to get some. My wife immediately said "We won't be back." The waitress never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. But as soon as we finished, she arrived with the bill. $30! For a small side salad and 10 wings with 2 sodas. There were maybe 20 people in the place. No one got a refill except me, and only when I specifically asked for it. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Danville, VA on Super Bowl Sunday. I thought they would be prepared to serve up hot wings. I ordered them online on the prior day to be picked up at 5:30 p.m. I felt like this would give me plenty of time to get home before the start of the Super Bowl. However, this is not what happened. I showed up at 6:00 p.m. to give them some extra time. I prepaid so I felt like all I had to do was go in and pick my food up. This was not the case. I went to the area where they had online orders and there was a young guy there that stated he didn't know what was going on. They didn't have my order, and he said he would check on it, so he went to the back. Before going I shared with him my order was supposed to be ready at 5:30 p.m. He disappeared with no one at the table with food everywhere. About 12-15 people were waiting for their orders. So, I patiently waited, but he never got back to me. 10 minutes later I flagged down someone about my order, and they said they would check on it. This person goes back and I don't see him again for another 10 minutes. Then I flagged down another guy, I have seen him when I ordered wings in the past. I think this was the manager Mr. Glasscock. They don't have my order, and he had to take my order again. He said that something was wrong with the system. The system seemed to work fine for everyone else. At this time two other parties were waiting, and the Super Bowl had started. I am sitting in Buffalo Wild Wings on Super Bowl Sunday night waiting for an order they messed up and blamed on their system. They should not have taken 45 minutes to resolve this issue. They ignored me, and no one tried to appeal to me whatsoever. Meanwhile, my kids are at home wondering where are the wings. They waited all day for this food and it was about 6:45 p.m., and my order was supposed to be ready at 5:30 p.m. When the last person waiting was handed their food and left, I was the sole person waiting. I get the attention of the last person I spoke with. I felt like I had been written off. I guess they said he'll get them when he gets them. I was seated where I could see the kitchen, and they handed my food off to someone they said was the manager. It was pretty clear that if he was a manager, he needs more training. He knew I was very unhappy being that the time is 6:55 p.m. He had a baseball cap on and didn't want to listen to my complaint, and he told me he didn't want to deal with me and walked off. This is supposed to be the face of the franchise and he tells a customer he didn't have time; however, I have an hour and a half for them. Managers handle people and problems, they take the heat off their employees. They try to validate customers with concerns and try to fix it not walk away or hide in the kitchen. Yet, Mr. Glasscock chose to hideout in the kitchen and send others out to hear me out. If it were me I would have at least given the customer something to drink or offered a customer something. If I were validated, I wouldn't even have written a review. I just don't understand how your order is supposed to be ready at 5:30 and I left the store at 7:00 p.m. Well, the story doesn't end there. When I get home the order is not right. They left out my celery, carrots, ranch, and caramel for the cheese curds. Buffalo Wild Wings of Danville, VA this was the worst takeout experience I've ever experienced. They were not prepared for what is arguably their busiest day of the year. It's ok and just ok. Not horrible and not fantastic. Been coming here for as long as I can remember and it's an oversized sports bar with wings as the specialty. Waitstaff turns over faster than a momma cat moves a litter of kittens. Decor hasn't changed in years either. Food is good and prices are reasonable but it's not 5 star dining, it's a wing joint with wings and beer. They like to push bud and Miller products on you at every turn but I always make them work for my beer so I tip well. I've heard of some fights and tomfoolery going on there but I've never personally witnessed it. So go early in the evening and you should be safe and ok. read more

Clearly, short staffed with one waitress handling a whole area and the manager functioning as a bartender, bus boy and waiter. The boneless chicken wings arrived so dry they were not edible so we spent $47 plus a $20 tip for the poor waitress and left hungrier than when we went in. I understand staffing shortages, but it would've been much better to say they were closed or to limit the number of patrons, than to subject people to such delayed service and such awful food. Our visit today did not help the Buffalo Wild Wings brand at all and had it been our first visit we never would go back. I think to properly review Buffalo Wild Wings you have to realize it is a sports bar first and a restaurant second. The place is full of tv's with all kinds of things on and serves all kinds of drinks. The food is ok but not as good as other BWW locations. The most disappointing aspect is how dark and dirty it feels--again, compared to other BWW's. I fully understand you want some light control for the TV's but it is just dark and has a very 80's carpeted feel which is not welcoming to me. Kick Back Jack's feels much lighter and open and modern. The food also seems to be limited (depending on what you order) in its size. If you order 6 wings for dinner, you get 6 wings in a tiny cardboard box. No sides, no plate. So not much for presentation. Their policy to charge you per cup of dipping sauce seems a bit nickle and dime to me as well. Most BWW's would rate a 4 star rating but the cleanliness and darkness of this location combined with the quality of the food, drops it to 3 stars for me. read more

We ordered a little 6 dollar appetizer that turned out to be awful tasting so it was almost untouched and after the waitress said rudely that she can't take it back she ran to get a "manager" without us asking for one. the short little blonde male "manager" came out and gave us NO option to exchange for something else and refused to take it off the bill. HORRIBLE customer service and manger. He also said he would take our license plate number if we refused to pay for something we wanted taken back or exchanged. I am a regular. Me and my friends have our BWW night almost every Thursday. We range from a group of 3 or 4 to 8 to 12. They are always accommodating. We love sitting outside on the deck. We have had two truly great servers that we request everytime we go. One is no longer there but Kira has learned fast and gets better every week. She knows most of what we order and is super friendly and pleasant even when busy. I go here for the wings! Me and my friend love the Mango Habanero wings. Very hot, but they taste so damn good. The managers, Justin and Rob always come and greet and talk to us and make sure we are satisfied. My one wish: Swap out Bone in Tuesday and Boneless Thursday. :) I am there almost every Thursday and I think Bone In just tastes better. read more

#BuffaloWildWings clearly made a difference in service based on skin color last night. My son and a friend went to the Danville, VA location to enjoy some quality time as he was off, weekend leave. Tables weren't cleared, so the two young men stood politely waiting for a cleaned table. Marco asked a waitress if they were going to clear a table for them. She said she would. They continued to wait; however, no one ever attended to them, although Marco *stood* at a table awaiting service. Several waiters and waitresses would look at them, making eye contact, and then turn away. These two were blatantly ignored. As these two black men waited for a table to be cleaned, a *white* couple came in. The couple was *promptly* seated at a newly-bussed table. My son was denied service based on his race. He proudly serves his country. But this restaurant's employees chose not to serve him. Marco and his friend left. These things must be respectfully but *directly* called out. Marco's and his friend's money would have spent just as legitimately, it would have flowed just as freely as did the white couples' money. I would rather not need to post this. But, despite what many think, America is not as great at is claimed. She is loved, and rightly so. But, many, many of her citizens have a lot of work on selves which needs to be done. Not everything is a "race thing." However, FAR TOO MANY things ARE "race things." There are way too many incidents like this still ongoing, so, the valid instances of racism must be made public. We went to this place with the family a little bit over a year ago and we ordered fish tacos. When we got served, the fish tasted spoiled. It was impossible to eat it. Today, we decided to give it another chance and went to have a couple of beers and have some wings and after being there sitting for over 15 minutes , nobody came to ask or to take our order. Buffalo Wild wings period is a very poor place to eat. The prices of the food do not match the quality, or even taste. This goes for all BWW. The boneless chicken wings are over cooked, and to crunchy, the buffalo chips are way to soft, and undercooked.etc One thing I noticed about BBW is that they charge you .60 for ranch! Danville BWW is a hit or miss restaurant, the atmosphere feels more like singals bar and grill than v. family oriented atmosphere. The music was extremely loud rock v. country play one or the other. The dark lighting made it hard to see the menu the waitress used her cell phone flashlight to help me see. However, the food tasted like it had been reheated and the sauce was just poured on it. My recent visit was absolutely horrible! I ordered online, and was told that it would be ready by 7PM. I ordered the family deal, 20 traditional and boneless wings with a side of fries, four sauces, celery, carrots and ranch. I also ordered extra ranch because I had spicy sauces. When I arrived, my order wasn't only not ready, they had given it to the WRONG PERSON!! They told me it would only be a few more minutes, however people that literally walked in and ordered AFTER me (not online, I mean literally walked in the restaurant and ordered) got their food first. On top of that, they also messed up another girls order and they fixed hers before mine!!! I waited for at least 30 minutes before my order was "ready". Then, when they showed me my food, it was wrong. AGAIN! I had ordered the sauces on the side, and all of the wings were dripping in sauce. They took my order back, I had to wait another 10-15 minutes, and they finally had my order. They let me keep the wrong order, so I ended up getting 80 wings. Fine. However, as they were reviewing my order, the person at the desk couldn't find my sauces. He checked the kitchen, and other bags. Eventually he just went to remake them. I finally left after an almost 2 HOURS!! When I arrived home, I found that they had not given me ANY ranch, and had instead given me 8 sauces, 4 of which weren't even close to what I had ordered.
