To which I responded: "Maybe you should pay your employees what they deserve instead of dumping your responsibilities onto your customers." The issue isn't just that a surcharge was added, though I still find it unreasonable, but that it was never mentioned beforehand. It felt intentionally hidden and was added without any disclosure, which comes off as really sneaky and unprofessional. We had the Wilbo Combo, Build Your Own Burger, and The Spicy One Brat.
