We FINALLY received the last part of one of our orders at 7:49. Our sampler was cold, our combo didn't have fries or coleslaw, and we were given our orders from 7:00-7:49 to eat. So we are separately from each other. This was not preferred so we mentioned the issues. We were told we would receive a 15% discount. There were several waiters that looked directly at us growing pretty impatient yet not one of them ever offered any type of service. Ended up having to go out of my way to find a waiter and explain our situation only to result in another 20ish minutes to get a waitress over at our table. Once we received our food (an hour later) they completely forgot our cheese curds and once they brought them out (another 20 minutes) they were burnt. Today we had very poor service. Our Waitress was also the bartender and she was beyond busy making drinks. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. In fact multiple people around is got there food before us when they got there after us. The table right next to us got there a good 30 minutes after we ordered and got their food 5 minutes before we did. Our wings were hard and cold. A few of them were luke warm. It was clear as a former Waitress that our food sat in the back waiting for someone to run it for a good while. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very poor service and now it is clear why this establishment has gone downhill over the last few years. Ordered mozzarella sticks, chips and queso, and a vegetarian burger between two of us. The mozzarella sticks came out after about 5 min and then we waited another 10 minutes for the burger and chips. Ordered a vodka and soda and was charged regular for the vodka and an extra 3.29 for club soda (was later taken off by the manager). The server was sitting at the bar counter when she got a chance and eating her dinner while the bartender was also eating on the inside of the bar counter. Both appeared to be chatting to some male friends throughout the entire time my wife and I were there (about one hour). This place used to be one of our favorites, but as of recently, the service and quality have gone down tremendously. My family and I sat down at our table and after 5 minutes, we had a server come over and tell us she was going to be back to take our drink order. 15 more minutes pass, and nothing. She served a table who came in after us, and they already had their drinks and order in. As we were leaving the manager approached us and told us we had to excuse them for being short staff. They had 5 waitresses and should have been able to contend with the number of tables they had. I have no idea what was actually going on since the sound was off. Tons of televisions, though. There were so, so many sports games going on. I imagine you could ask to be seated in view of specific games, but I could easily see a hockey, basketball, and baseball game just from where I was sitting. Ordering was simple, and I liked the much-more-affordable options on the lunch menu than the dinner menu. This place is definitely focused on the "chicken" side of things. Chicken tacos, chicken sauces, etc. They also have some salads and some hamburger options, but if you come here, you should mostly be prepared to enjoy chicken. For those who sincerely hate chicken, you could go with a hamburger or one of the appetizer options (mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, fries). Service was okay here. It wasn't fast, but it wasn't insanely slow either. Our regular waitress was pretty friendly. When our food was served, the orders were wrong. Not a problem, but the woman serving the food (not our waitress. Potentially another cook?) didn't seem to understand this. When we mentioned that it wasn't what she ordered, she said "Well, this is what we made for you" like that made a difference. Our waitress saw there was an issue and stepped in, and the potential-cook-girl said "Fine. You deal with them" and handed over the food and walked away. It was a pretty negative experience. Our waitress was friendly and had the food remade relatively quickly, though. The food itself was pretty good. All of the food was warm, but most of us felt awkward eating without everyone in our party having their food, so that did contribute to some of the coldness. Drinks were refilled regularly, and the check was delivered promptly. The two people in our party who didn't get lunch orders had to get to-go boxes because it was just so much food, so you definitely get quite a bit of food here. The bill for 4 people came very close to $70. Definitely not a cheap place to eat. Clean establishment with interesting decor. Lots of televisions and sports-stuff. However, the cleanliness of this poorly managed Buffalo Wild Wings makes think I would be better off eating from the Strip Club off Airline Hwy. BWW's closes at 11pm and we got here at 9. When we arrived we were informed that they were out of boneless wings and fries.... aren't you recognized for those items? We get seated at a booth only to feel an uneaten wing bouncing around our feet. I kick it out into the aisle. Our waitress was rude. I get it's late and you don't want to wait on us. But when you ask something of me, if I was ready to order or would like a refill it would be great if you would actually stop and ask so I don't have to yell across the room as you walk away back to your group of friends. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed. I am a vegetarian and today I was served a regular hamburger instead of the bean burger I ordered. I took one bite and immediately freaked out. Meat makes me sick to my stomach, so I'll spare you the details, I rushed to the bath room and threw up. The waiter then brought out a bean burger for me covered in the sauce that I specifically asked to have left out. Never have I had such a traumatic and aggravating experience at a restaurant. I am surprised so many people have written poor reviews of my most frequency visited restaurant - about 3 or 4 times per week for lunch. Admittedly, the kitchen is short staffed and management is begging for new hires. Until recently, the door had a note saying be aware wait times may be long because of short staffing. A few months ago, I received a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap that was missing the Buffalo sauce. Instead of giving me a tub of sauce, they made an entire new order including new fries. I took the free bland wrap home to my wife who loved it. If you already know what to expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, stop reading. TVs are everywhere - about 42 of them. The music is loud. Audio is sometimes switched to important sports events. Be aware that most food is spicy including some burger options. It may surprise you to discover your fries came with a mixture of salt and black pepper. Inform your server you wish to avoid spicy food. As one reviewer wrote, many mains are based on chicken but they also have burgers. They are famous for 24 sauces and rubs - all but 1 is spicy. Food is cooked to order so don't expect food in less than 15 minutes. Food arrives hot. They have 24 taps for beer. Craft draw beer can be pricy so ask your server or check the menu if that bothers you. Do expect friendly servers and good food. If you like B-Dubs, you have no reason to avoid this one. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings has TERRIBLE service, loud atmosphere, and shoddily sauced wings. All Bdubs usually tend to be loud, so we usually do takeout. Typically, in other locations, the person will show you the wings for you to be able to see if they were sauced well and have the correct amount. The Cedar Falls location does not do this, and we had wings with barely any sauce. Also, I've noticed all Bdubs do not keep their order out food under heat lamps. First, this is gross. Second, your wings are lukewarm by the time you get home. Their outside seating is in the middle of a parking lot. It's not impressive. I'd use this place for a quick-fix on a Bdubs craving, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a favorite restaurant location. read more

I come here occasionally on Boneless Thursday, where boneless wings are only 60 cents each! What a deal. It can get pretty busy, so even though they have a lot of seating, there might be a wait. The dining area is pretty dark, and it can also get pretty loud in there. A pal and I came here to get to go orders las week and the fries were cold in our order and some of the wings didn't have sauce on them. This is usually not how it is at BWW, so I am going to go back this week and get a to go order and see how it is. The food is usually very good, and the service is always excellent!
