Unfortunately i cannot leave a 0 star or i would! i order 4#s of powder to match my polaris rzr…read more They sent me the wrong powder coat color than what was on my packing slip and i ordered.... me trusting them never opened the box so i took it to my local powder coater who then shot my doors. fast forward a week later when i went to pick up my parts, upon arrival i thought they looked darker then what i was expecting. We had extra powder so i checked the box and lone behold it was the WRONG color than i had ordered. Might i add i had to pay the powder coater 250$ for his services. I called the company and they said they could send me the correct color i had ordered BUT would not pay to have my parts re-powder coated! They said it was my fault i didnt check the packaging.... Complete BS, they screwed up my order and should make it right! THey said no, they would not pay for the rework so 250$ burned in a fire pit and now will have to pay my coater an additional 250$ to blast and recoat! Screw this company, they do not put customers first and tried putting the blame on me! it is not my coaters job to verify its the correct color as these thing should not happen and if they do, the company should make it right! STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Update 4/16/23 for my parts back and the rework costed me $410 MORE due to the extra blasting needed to recoat! I'm even more mad at Columbia coatings for this BS!!!!!!!
