Last week, I had my vehicle detailed by Nomad Wash & Detail. When I picked up my vehicle, I…read moreimmediately noticed that it still had water spots and the lovebugs had not been removed, despite being assured beforehand that these issues would be addressed. After paying $238.99 on the detail service, I was told that if I brought the vehicle back, they could buff it out. I'm not sure why this wasn't done during the original service. Based on their recommendation, I scheduled a buffing appointment for Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 AM and agreed to pay an additional $140. I made this appointment a full week in advance. However, at 10:30 AM on the day of my appointment just 30 minutes as l was driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. I expressed that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice, especially via text message rather than a phone call. A customer who schedules a week in advance deserves more consideration and respect. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer loyalty and customer service. It appeared that my appointment was canceled because another customer was spending more money for his service. Whether that was the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. Businesses should never cancel an existing customer's appointment to accommodate a more profitable one. I had already recommended this business to my brother and sister-in-law, who were considering having their vehicles detailed with them. After my experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer relationships should be built on integrity, professionalism, and loyalty not on prioritizing whichever customer generates the highest dollar amount. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cannot recommend Nomad Detail's business based on the customer service, or should l say lack of customer service and loyalty they did not provide.

Did not…read morecommunicate through out the process of the engine replacement, when called about updates would give vague answers or repeat what they said the following day. Only after already swapping engines did they raise concerns about the condition or quality of the engine being put in. Price charged was nearly double what was quoted at other shops while the quality of work was subpar. Every time I was told I'd be called back I was not and they acted shocked when I would just call them back myself before they closed. Not once was did they ever return a call not even when the work was allegedly finished. Upon getting my car back, immediately noticed they left my cars lights that were previously off on. This led to upon making it home my battery outright dying. I recharged it myself but it was only ever able to hold half the capacity, the car was now also randomly stalling out so I replaced the alternator myself and till had the same issue. When I raised concerns over the repairs they had it towed back and only reviewed the engine swap work after saying they would figure out what's the issue. They spent about a week going over it and ended up only replacing the battery that had I already had warranty for. I was once again able to make it home and to work a single day before breaking down. This time they offered just a tow and told me I'd have to pay to have it diagnosed. Overall a very overpriced shop, which huge gaps in communication and clarity, though I feel that is by design.
