I was in this shop today and the owner was extremely rude to me as customer . He was offended…read morebecause a gentleman walked into his store and he asked my opinion on a good smelling perfume. The owner made the comment to the both of us by saying "why are you asking her ... because I owned this fragrance store for years and I would know better". His attitude was bad from that point on by making comments about our ability to pick out the right type of perfume. I will told him that I would never come back to this location again .. Very bad customer service... And I really like this place but the attitude was not worth me returning

I am sorry to say that today I am not highly rating this business…read more I have been receiving services here for almost a year, and today was the worst. I had a 3:45pm appointment and was not assisted until almost an hour later. There was no compensation offered and not even an acknowledgment until at least 30 minutes after I arrived. If appointments are not going to be adhered to, then why have them? It should not matter if you're busy, that should not overstep an appointment. This was the second time I experienced this, as my last appointment was the same and when I checked out, the gentleman did not want to give me the $5 gift card I earned, on an email promo. Once I was finished, I went to pay. I had a $5 gift card from my last appointment, which I received from a discount text, that I had to prove I received, for $50 plus, services. I also received another text for a $5 discount if I received services of $50 plus. The guy that checked me out (same gentleman as before; I am assuming one of the managers) stated I could not use 2 discounts, I explained I only wanted the $5 card for my next visit, especially due to the almost hour wait and I still spent $100. He said he would not. At that very moment, I decided I would no longer patronize Milano Nail Salon in Germantown. When you consistently spend over $100 on nail services, IX monthly, there should be some consideration when appointments are not kept by the staff. I can say that Trang has ALWAYS been very welcoming and does a superb job and Emilee & Henry are great at their jobs. Respectfully Submitted, Sabrina Walker

The lighting is magnificent and the decor is beautiful. The displays of the wigs, hair extensions, and the products are meticulously organized. They do have pop-up lash technicians and make-up artists. This was my first visit, but most definitely not my last. They made me feel as if I was at home. Upon entering the building, it was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and donuts by JT. It made us feel like a million bucks. JT was so friendly! A 90 minute massage was fantastic and included a good scalp massage. My only problem was I put on the fill out sheet to focus on my lower back and that was definitely not the focus. Other than that, the pressure was fantastic and I felt WONDERFUL leaving the room. Between the massage and the facial, my friend and I were able to chat and enjoy another glass of champagne while they prepped the rooms. The facial was good by Nas. It was my first, so I don't have much comparison, but she walked me through it. My skin feels fantastic. It is not a cheap spa day, but both my friend and I felt like we were the most important people in the world and only we mattered. I will definitely recommend this place to others
