We returned approx. 3 months later for an oil check and had them check sunroof again (to see if it was our error). Owner of the mechanic shop said that there is definitely NOT an issue with our sunroof or the seal. He viewed the water damaged and stated that he was going to let his customers know to AVOID Bubble Down. It would not have been much of an expense to pay for our headliner to be cleaned. Instead, we now see that many other Bubble Down customers are posting about damage to their vehicles and some of them are even more severe. This shows incredibly poor Customer service at this Bubble Down location :( If an expensive automobile is damaged by Bubble Down, the correct thing to do would be to pay for the vehicle to be put back into the same condition it was PRIOR to entering their "car wash." We didn't ask for a new car, or for the entire interior to be cleaned. We're talking about a $50 service to clean the headliner where THEIR water and chemicals stained our headliner after ripping open our sunroof due to OVER SUCTION. Water literally poured inside our vehicle when our sunroof was closed. Bubble Down saw the damage occur, inspected our vehicle, took pictures, agreed that the suction was too strong, and they refused to acknowledge any need for cleaning or repair. We were told by management that they had to adjust the suction setting, so they certainly DID acknowledge the issue. Today we have water stains on our roof and we will need to pay out-of-pocket to have this cleaned. Shame on Bubble Down. Poor business management. Not ethical. We feel bad for these employees who took the time to document our claim, acknowledge the damage, and then have to be embarrassed that Bubble Down didn't support them or their business. We will NEVER return to Bubble Down, due to poor ethics on their part.

I unfortunately did not get the owner's name, but he's a father who works with his son, and they take pride in what they do. Initially everything looked good, cleaner than when we dropped off but unfortunately, neither of us were impressed after getting home and really going over and looking more closely. The door jambs in my suv were not cleaned very well nor were the cup holders. My back area still had old grass stuck to the back of the back row of seats. To top it off, I noticed a few days later that my CD holder that attached to my visor was missing along w all my CDs. I did thoroughly check at home to make sure I hadn't taken them out before dropping off before I contacted them. They said they would look around and get back to me... haven't heard a word since. My fiancee's car also looked good upon first glance but same thing with the door jambs not being fully cleaned, the back of his car under the bumper area hadn't even been wiped down or cleaned at all and on the roof it looks like they waxed as far as they could reach, leaving the very middle untouched. Sadly totally unimpressed, will not be back. Really bummed about that as we really wanted to find a local business that hand washes and cleans vehicles rather than the drive through clubs. I guess we'll have to continue our search. :(
