Still not convinced , we went to Monumental Ford dealership next door. A big shout out to Lucy Brannan, Service Advisor . She was so kind and thoughtful and had Chris and his assistant take the car back to the bay. ( We have a Volvo) They gave it a thorough check for leaks and nails, which there weren't any and topped it off the air. We understood that and still looked at it, test drove it around the parking lot, and placed a refundable deposit. The salesman, and manager were present when we asked if it was fully refundable and we were told by Sales Manager Amanda that it was fully refundable. We were then told that it would be illegal to not refund it if we asked for a refund. We asked for the deposit to be documented as refundable as well. We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. The latest is, they can't issue a refund without calling the card processing company. Complete B. S. Stay away! This place is definitely shady! I doubt we'll see a refund, so...

I found out about this place from my good buddy Derek (I can always count on him for his local…read moreguide services)! The owner, Kenneth, is an absolute sweetheart and the rest of the staff (there were 3 other gentlemen working) are polite and sweet. My Mother had a great time joking and laughing with them. They're located on Community Road - about 1 mile from the intersection of Altama and Community Road / Cypress Mill Rd intersection. There's a little air conditioned building with a few chairs - so you can wait inside to beat the heat. No wifi or restrooms - but there is a mobile hot spot, magazines, books and a television. They were fast and for $25 they cleaned the car, applied tire shine and wiped the dashboard. We were in a bit of rush - and overall - it took about 45 minutes. So why didn't they get the elusive fifth star? I'm no longer a local - and for $25 (and I also tipped $10) - I expect my center console, doors, dash and display to be wiped down with protectant applied to the dash. Don't get me wrong - I was told upfront that this was not included in the $25 price . . . But I have to be honest - even if my car is super clean on the outside - if I'm still looking at fingerprint smudges on the LCD and dust on the odometer display - it just ruins the 'so-fresh-and-so-clean' experience as I drive off. Bump up the price a little - if you need to - but PLEASE make the view from the driver's seat pristine when the customer drives off. :-) Another note - and they didn't lose stars for this - but I don't think they offer deodorizer / air freshener. Not sure - I'll be sure to ask about it next time. My carpets and seats need to be cleaned - and his detail rates are great - so I'll be back for a full detail when I'm back in town!!!

Stopped here to fill up on snacks on our trip! I love when America comes together and hypes…read moresomething up. Although sometimes places get hyped to much. This is not one of those places! We tried about five sandwiches between the two of us (I know we're nuts and very full). And not a singular one was something I wouldn't eat time and time again. I want them all! All the time! The establishment is clean and stocked. You would have no idea the amount of people who are there are constantly taking things off the shelf. The bathrooms are clean and ordially which I love! The only reason I'm docking a star is because the crowds and hype for bucees is REAL. Which means you have to be prepared for memaw to cut Infront of you and someone's aunt to step on your food. It's very very crowded! Other than that bucees is an added must stop on our road trip!

While I only stopped…read morehere to fuel up, I did do a walk-through, and this gas station really HAS anything and everything you could think of. I was in awe - like a kid in a candy store. Their bathrooms are clean and spacious. Also, the stalls go from floor to ceiling, so you get ample privacy. They have NOTHING but space to move about the gas station, sit and eat, rest, you name it. Whatever you need, they seem to have in a one-stop-shop experience. Pricing ranges depending on what you are buying, of course, but overall it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Not to mention, the staff is HAPPY and kind. What more can you ask for? I am looking forward to making Buc-ee's a regular pit stop on my longer commutes. 10 out of 10 experience!
