Talk about terrible service. If Harley knew how terribly this company operated they would immediately pull all their bikes and products from this dealer. These people do not care to help travelers passing through town. Just trying to give a fair warning to other travelers passing through, do not waste your time here. You will come out cheaper and faster if you go ahead and haul/tow the bike to a real Harley Davidson store. Heres the story.... My bike broke down passing through Nebraska after coming from Georgia. Tow truck dropped me off early Saturday morning, I was hoping one of their mechanics could take a quick look at my bike to see if there was an easy fix to get me back on the road but instead they told me I had to wait until monday because their local riders bikes were ahead of mine. I even offered to pay hundreds of dollars for someone to just take a look at my bike but they refused to help. After being at this place for 5 hours I eventually got their mechanic to take a look, he was much friendlier than the rest of their staff and tried his best but they werent able to get me up and running. So instead, I rented a truck and hauled the bike to Denver, CO to take it to a REAL Harley Davidson store where I was swarmed with amazing help and fantastic customer service. read more

I've been all over the country on my Harley's and one of the best things about HD is you can stop at any dealership and get friendly knowledgeable service. This place had very unfriendly staff from the service counter to the sales rep and even the owner/gm. The building itself is not well kept, bathrooms are dirty and outdated, the customer waiting area is cluttered with old junk. We were riding across country from the south east when one of the bikes broke down and we had to chase down 3 different people to try and get help. Once we finally got someone to listen to our situation he shrugged his shoulders. The mechanic was slightly helpful but incredibly uneducated on bikes I highly recommend you do not stop here or give this place business. Horrible unfriendly service all around. Passing through NE and wanted to get my husband a shirt, he is a 4X. They had plenty to choose from. Sales guy had his dog with him and let my daughter play with him. He was very nice. Called to see if they could simply change a tube on a front wheel of my dirt bike if I brought the wheel (already off the bike) and new tube in. Was told no way they would get to it in a day and that it would be an hours worth of labor. This place is horrible!! I stopped in to see the new Slingshot and COULD NOT get. Salesperson to speak to us despite the fact that there were at least two in an office and one walking around. This dealership, which sells CanAm, Polaris , Victory and Harley Davidson is extremely lacking in their customer service and, when we finally got a sales person to talk with us he knew NOTHING about the product. They didn't even have brochures available for customers. Even if they were giving these away, I would not do nusiness with theses people. The staff there was very professional and patient with my happiness being the goal.
