Enterprise because they pick you up. Well i just moved to the area and unfamiliar with towns. My auto mechanic was at 19 s main st - Spring Valley and so I booked with Bardonia. Thought my pickup was in at 19 s main st - New City. My mixup. Even though they are not too far, Bardonia Enterprise wouldn't get me. So I got a cab and said take me to Enterprise. Get there and they are like we don't have a res and no cars. Wrong Enterprise, cab dropped me in Monsey. So Cory, the best, said that he would see what he could do. I told him I would drive Anything. He had a Ford F250...sweet..Huge. He gave it to me for same price. Other customer returned it and said it was too big so Cory accomodated both of us. Gave them the regular sized vehicle and me the big rig. I realize the next day I have to pick up my mother for apt. There was no way she would even be able to climb into that cab even with a ladder. Cory had me bring truck back and gave me a minivan. great. I return vehicle. Get dropped at my mechanic. Cars still not right, had to bring it back to be fixed the following week. Rented from Cory again. He was understaffed and had me take Uber and he reimbursed me from my bill. No matter how busy they were I was always treated hospitably. When I didn't receive that email, I checked and found that a request for my email address had gone to my spam folder. At this point it was an hour before takeoff and six hours before landing, so I sent them a message and left a voicemail with my flight info, name, etc. When we landed, I had the delayed confirmation email and there was a text from the driver checking that we'd just landed. Thank you for taking an experience that could have been a disaster and stepping up on Christmas morning.

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.
