But..we had such a great experience I felt I needed to write my own review. Despite my worries, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. The limo was very classy- Well stocked, clean and very comfortable with an impressive sound system (with aux so we could all of our favorite tunes). The driver was punctual, professional and had such a great personality! He really went the extra mile in helping to make this birthday memorable for our daughter. He was so helpful and his advice regarding the Wineries was spot on! He also kept us on schedule as we requested. The whole experience was great and I'm so glad we went with Mancuso Limo. He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!).
