However, when I arrived at this location after taking a lyft from the airport - found that it was CLOSED before my reservation pickup time. (Huh?) Was forced to scramble to find an alternate Hertz, which closed 45 minutes later. At the alt location, the woman opened my reservation and said "oh, you must have been that LATE reservation." I ended up getting a car from there. It's 818 Central, in case you're wondering where to take your business. Over the phone, when calling Hertz to ask what to do since my location was closed, they suggested, that I GO BACK TO THE AIRPORT. All around poor service.
