My tires were not rotated, a week later my rear brakes had to be done as there was no brake pad left, stee rubbing on steel, brown metal brake rust all over my rims, very dangerous. If my tires were rotated like i requested the mechanic would have noticed and inspected and found that my brakes needed to be replaced immediately.

This action will cost me hundreds if not thousand of prepaid travel which I need the rental car to go to which I cannot cancel in the last minute.
