I never received a birthday basket at a hotel before. They were friendly! The place was clean. The morning breakfast was decent. Coffee was good. The beds were comfy but I don't believe they wash all the bedding between guests. My bed had a large brown stain on the mattress protector you could see on the side of the bed when you pulled back the covers, and my pillows all had leftover hair from someone else. The brown cover on the bed also had something dirty on it. I was surprised they offer breakfast with the stay since the nightly rate is very fair priced. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room had bugs crawling in it, dresser drawers were broken n the food was terrible. The maid didn't clean ANYTHING...didn't take out trash, didn't leave towels... The staff, including the management, didn't seem to feel bugs were a big deal! When we spoke to them about our concerns, all they'd say was "do u want me to change ur room or what"! They offered us $20 off! Not very good business...needless to say, we won't be going back there! The noise was horrible at night! Exit doors slamming! It's a pet-friendly hotel so the room probably had animals staying there and it wasn't cleaned. The bed was sloppily made. We asked for a different room. They claimed not to have any. We left and went to another hotel. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns and they were fine. Avoid this one at all costs.

Pleasant gent at the counter, but they ran out of keys when checking me in. Only a momentary glitch since he went to get some more. The hallway has a musty aroma to it, and although I keep hearing the word "remodeled", I can't find any evidence of it in this or the last decade. Don't try to lean the computer desk chair back. It WILL, but it isn't made to. In other words, it bends backwards and won't come back up. Don't ask me how I learned that little tidbit. The room was a room. Dead bugs in the light fixtures, slow internet (although I was using a VPN since it's an open network), and I decided not to sit on the recliner since it had the remnants of some long-gone resident's hair product permanently stained into it. Decided not to use the coffee maker since the ground pin on the plug was broken off in the outlet. Chipped paint and stained carpets abound, but the bed seemed clean (yes, I pulled up the sheets and mattress cover to check for bedbugs and kept my bag off the floor since it would be difficult to see insects due to the dim lights and dark carpet colors. Unusual ancient shower head gave a rather relaxing massage and the hot water was plentiful. Towels were hit and miss. A couple were thick and a couple were almost see-through. Can't comment on the breakfast, since the COVID protocols call for a bagged breakfast to go. In all, it's a room. I'll be thankful if my car is still outside in the morning, as the clientele milling around the parking lot looked a bit shady. It's worth the cost, as long as you remember "You get what you pay for".

My room was very neat and clean, the bathroom was very clean. The shower curtain did have some stains on it, but it looked like paint or something. Overall, I was very please with my stay here and would gladly stay here again. As a side note the Tiki Bar did have very loud music playing till around 1:30am, but I fell asleep anyways, because I was tired. The bed was very stiff and the pillows overstuffed, so if that is a concern, bring your own pillow or maybe call down and ask for softer ones (I didn't even try and I was just too tired). I almost always bring all my own bathroom items, so I didn't try the soap or shampoos.
