Even while juggling phone calls and multiple customers, he made everyone feel acknowledged by communicating clearly and letting people know he would be right with them. I utilized the early bird drop off box to drop the key off and then waited until the day after Labor Day to call and make sure that the bill was closed out. When I called and spoke with a female employee on September 8, she claimed that I did not return the key and I told her that I used the early bird drop off. She said that they never received the key and asked if I had a picture or video of me dropping it off. I asked them to check their security cameras and they could see for themselves. She kept saying for me to check and make sure that I didn't still have the key and we proceeded to argue back and forth to which I was beginning to get a little frustrated. She said that she was going to "investigate" the matter and would get back to me within a few days. When that didn't happen, I responded to a text that I received from Enterprise RAC and they ended up not only closing out the bill (via text) but also emailed me a copy of the receipt and then ensured that I had my security deposit refunded within a few days. I understand that a lot of people rented cars over the Labor Day weekend but I don't see how Enterprise RAC can "lose" keys and why the customer should be responsible if they utilize the drop off box after hours. Doesn't Enterprise RAC have security cameras that watch the property and watch people drop the keys off? Or is this a scam to charge people for a "missing" key when it is not really missing? Seems a little shady to me.

The odd thing is, the place closes at 1200pm, and the reservations via online/app allows a 12pm reservation. But if you show up a minute past 12, the doors will be locked and you'll miss out. The location is a tight ingress/egress through the parking. It's at a busy corner intersection which makes getting out a challenge. The vehicle for the most part was clean, it did need some wiping down and vacuum in some areas. This could have used a better exterior wash. I'm not sure I'd use this location again due to its location and the fact that benefits mean nothing here.

They say that the rental fees were paid but the DNR is in my name. So if the fees were paid, and the vehicle was returned, why is there a DNR in my name? They cannot explain. This makes no sense. We called the 800 number and found out our original reservation was modified (not by us). So my husband told CESAR he wanted to cancel/return the car we were given and asked if he could reseve another rental or they match the price we orginally prepaid... CESAR said no they can't do that PLUS they didn't have any cars available anyway (even though their app said otherwise but ok). So then my husband asked if he could rent the car he had just returned again but at the price we orginally pre-paid...no response... lol what the fuck. None of it made sense. They didn't have any cars available but then how was CESAR able to deceivingly book us a car on the spot because he "couldnt find our pre-paid reservation"?
