He recommended I go to Sission street but of course I didn't have a way to get there's I was on my way to work and he just didn't seem to care/came off insincere. Which again, maybe you don't but in customer service I think he could have tried more. Especially at their prices! You don't let it be known that you don't really care that much. Then I came this week and did get the car, but I got it on a quarter tank and apparently the policy is to receive it on a half tank. So I had to pay to fill it up which again, fine, but the manager just didn't seem concerned about retaining a future customer. This is one of the only locations that opens at 7:30 and they are right next to the 95 South & North exits so that's a huge plus. They do have after hour drop offs. But they don't have a huge selection of cars so keep that in mind. I had to wait almost 15 mins and I got there right as they opened as he was talking on the phone with another customer but I always thought that you prioritize the customer that is in front of you. The car was somewhat clean but a little dirty, had some old stains on the steering wheel and in general. They also aren't responsive to the phone either unless you call them right as they opened. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless you need the hours or that location like I did.

I asked to speak with the supervisor who "had stepped out." I was placed on hold and had to turn my phone off. When I arrived in Baltimore, I called the agency twice and no one ever answered. Most recently, I rented a vehicle on January 6, 2026, and returned it on January 11, 2026. After returning the car, I realized I had left personal items inside. I contacted customer service on January 12, 2026 to report the lost items and was instructed to submit an online claim, which I completed the same day. Since then, I have not received any communication by email or phone. Over the following days, I called multiple times for an update. Each time, I was told there was no status available on my case. I called again the next day and received the same response. I then requested that my case be escalated, and I was told a manager would contact me. However, I have still not heard from anyone. I have continued calling daily with no progress or follow‑up. This ongoing lack of communication is extremely frustrating and concerning. I am requesting an immediate update on the status of my claim, confirmation that it has been properly escalated, and information on the next steps to locate or recover my personal items.
