Their total way of handling customers! I rented a car for a vacation. Was going from Florida to South Dakota and half way there the maintenance required light came on. I called and was told to drive three hours out of my way to turn it in and get new car. I explained that wasn't going to work and was told the car should be fine. Continued to South Dakota and called as soon as I reached my destination was told I needed to drive it 2.5 hours away. I did, just to be told someone forgot to reset after oil change! On the way back to destination, license plate either blew off or was stolen. Btw another 2.5 hours back! So I have spent five days out of my very short vacation to deal with something that should have been already addressed! Thanks for showing me no company really cares! read more
