While other companies insisted I remove my entire kitchen countertop and bring it to their shop (requiring me to undo all my kitchen plumbing) Chris assured me he could complete the work on-site. Initially, I was skeptical, especially about their ability to freehand the cuts and control the dust in my condo. However, they exceeded my expectations. The seam is flawless (see photo), and the entire process was hassle-free. Dust was a non-issue thanks to their meticulous setup, which included multiple vacuums, water usage, and plastic tarps to contain the work area. I couldn't be happier with the results! Check out the photo to see how invisible the seam is.

We used Superior Cabinets out of Calgary on our last project…read more To say the least, we were very disappointed with their customer service. Firstly we were given a small sample of what our cabinet material and colour was to be; in the final install some of the cabinets were the wrong colour and even a wrong panty door was installed. Secondly the company messed up the measurements in several locations and did not verify on site, which cost us time and money to fix. We then proceeded to have a site meeting with Superior Cabinets to discuss these problems and solve them; in attendance we had eight people including Brian Lipsit (manager) for Superior Cabinets and his assistant. We discussed rectifying the mistakes and a comment Brian said, (which we found a bit disturbing) was, "we deal with hundreds of mistakes, this is what it is like in the Calgary construction market." We then agreed upon a solution, shook hands and they left the site. Superior Cabinets refused to put in writing our agreement and then decided not to live up to that agreement. It is interesting that they promote customer satisfaction on their website but, we never were satisfied as they turned their backs on the agreement; even with witnesses there to verify. In over thirty years of experience in the Alberta construction market, I have never seen this kind of bad service from a cabinet company; especially when they promote good customer service openly on their website with this quote, " the "customer first" philosophy of our manufacturing team and our exceptional customer service." I would not recommend Superior Cabinets as a company to do business with.

Frank, the supervising painter was amazing at color and details. He fixed things (drywall patch work) we never even knew needed fixing. We had to change color almost half way through, as one of the painter observed I did not really love the color I chose. So they sent me a free Interior Designer and I consulted with Frank to confirm color choice. He knew to take colors out to make it exactly what we wanted. Chris was so easy top work with and the men were so respectful, clean, and pleasant to have in our home. I can't wait too the next project! A must hire company Ron & Shannon
