Luckily, when I needed a new roof put on a rental and Yuba City, I knew what to look for in a roofing contractor. Featherston was not low bidder, but then we know better than to select someone based on price alone. Been there done that. Thomas Featherston not only gave us a fair price, but gave even more value than expected. Furthermore, he has proved to be of the highest integrity. He completed the job as promised, on time and on budget. There were no unexpected up-charges that the low bidder may have charged. There were no delays while he went as somebody else's job. I highly recommend Featherston roofing is a contractor you can trust.

Their square footage popcorn ceiling removal pricing was fair and outbid other local offers. They were transparent that popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job and it would require me to vacate the premises during their projected work schedule. Some of the drywall repair work required extra labor due to discovery of poor workmanship from previous companies but was priced accordingly. There was also a supplier issue with defective protective materials that caused them to miss deadlines. Despite setbacks, they aimed to complete the project to no additional cost due to supplier issues. There were significant messes left behind but we worked together in the cleanup effort. They made sure to return anything removed during their work back to their original spots after completion. We've also regrettably discovered some floor damages that most likely occurred during popcorn ceiling removal efforts, but apologies were made and the flooring was patched prior to payment. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend them.
