The rate is reasonable IF one moves about in a manner to which they had a mission to complete but I found his pace to be very slow and therefore only completed half of the jobs one with expertise could have easily completed in that time frame. Therefore I was left with unfinished projects, out considerable money and the projects he did tackle looked like it was done by a novice. The good: He brings his custom made trailer filled with handyman tools he needs for almost any job. He is dressed in a uniform and has a professional demeanor. The bad: Shoddy work overall. I hired him for 6 small projects and he didn't do any of them like an experienced handyman should. I don't recommend and I will not rehire.

If the job is urgent then hire a company that specializes in urgent repairs/renovations. The reviewers that have left negative comments obviously don't understand the definition of a "handyman". Anyway, Laurence has done work for me and my family and has been nothing short of incredible. Always going above and beyond to help solve problems.

It was mysterious because most of the outlets and lights in my office were out but the rest of the house was fine and we'd done all the obvious things like resetting the breakers etc. Dino quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad outlet (which was causing all 'downstream' outlets to go out, kind of like a string of Christmas lights). Dino was friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing and the price was fair given diagnose and repair in one visit. I feel very confident in the quality of Dino's work. Highly recommended!

Then he came back and spent another full day on a permanent solution for the problem we had, including digging a trench to run the power through, securing things on the roof, patching the wall that had to be opened up, and replacing pavers that had to be removed. He returned last week to help with a different electrical issue on the property and we've had no issues with the electricity in both homes since he took care of them. I can't show the running electricity in photos, unfortunately, and he did such a great job of patching things back up, you almost wouldn't know so much hard work went into the repairs. He was very respectful and friendly and also offered tips about the area we just moved to. Enjoyed chatting with him about a shared family experience with feral kittens, and a cattery he'd built for another customer. His rates were reasonable and we would definitely recommend him to others. We hope to be able to hire him for a plumbing project and fencing work in the future.
