I ordered online very easily and chose from a large variety of arrangements that were available, in addition to add-ons like chocolates or balloons. I was a little nervous, having not even spoken to someone and making sure delivery would happen, especially during this time, but everything was perfect. The arrangement was even prettier than I envisioned and was spot on to what we had chosen. I live near Norman's Livingston location and ironically my family lives in Flanders, so I had hoped that the service and selection would be just as good, and it was. I would highly recommend Norman's for flower arrangements and deliveries in this area, especially over the big-box flower distributors.

Not happy about the quality of these flowers. They all died in a week. $64.00 for nothing. I try to use local businesses and not just buy flowers from a supermarket. This was a disappointment.

From our first consultation to the delivery and set-up day-of, we felt safe in the capable and experienced hands of this company. We wanted a ceremony that was heavy on the greenery and were slightly nervous to bring this point up to a company that literally has the word "flowers" in its name, but not only did they help us capture our vision, they provided guidance and expertise that really brought our venue to life and made our ceremony and reception as beautiful as possible. They were also super flexible the week of the event, responding some some last-minute changes and requests with patience and grace and still making sure that everything fell within our modest flower budget.
