Obviously, once they're in the queue, they can't back out, so if they pay with a card or cash, charge them five dollars more if they're in the number line. My best guess is 1 cent a second in the bay once you swipe your credit card and hit GO. Today I watched the clock and that seems to be how quickly the cost adds up- a cent a second. But the cost is great! I cleaned a full size car: all 5 steps plus air dryer for $7.50. And there were only 2 customers there at the lunch hour.
