They were able to send a driver my way quickly and texted me status updates so I would know when to expect him. From a customer service standpoint, this company is top-notch. There were a few obstacles, from finding the right house to determining how to jumpstart a hybrid battery, but we eventually got the car started up. The driver was kind enough to wait while I drove it around the block to make sure the battery didn't conk out on me. Once we were sure that the problem was solved, I was charged the price I had been quoted (despite the extra time involved), and there have been no issues since. While I hope that I won't need to, I would not hesitate to use Garrett's Towing again in the future. They are responsive and care about more than a quick buck.
