David, one of the creators of the line, was in the store when I walked in. He was immediately likable and informative and clearly SO passionate about his products without teetering into annoying-sales-person territory. It's obvious that he is genuinely flabbergasted by what some people put on to their skin, and given the fact that he was previously a Naturopath and has extensive experience in clinical skin nutrients research, I trust that he knows his stuff! He knew every ingredient of every product and their benefits. The products are all natural in every sense, and I left the store convinced that this has got to be the legitimate skin care pitch I have heard. I also left with a few generous sized testers to try at home, and so far the results have been great. If you are passionate about healthy skin without applying any horrible chemicals to your face, then I highly suggest you take a trip to Simplicité.
