Definitely a place you need a car or an Uber to get to. Comma was tucked around the side of the building with other businesses but once you hang the corner you will see it on the left. Inside is a calm serene space with an industrial vibe. I always know I got a good massage when I feel so relaxed that I either fell asleep or felt like I fell asleep. Comma made me feel that way. I came alone from overseas with a longstanding yoga practice but no bodywork training. I signed up for this course to learn meridians and an introduction to massage, get tons of practice on bodies, and enjoy Byron Bay. All of these things happened 100% and far beyond my expectations :) Valentina's teaching is exceptionally good. Her instructions are clear and consistent, and she is unfailingly patient in reminding students of hand/body placement, direction of energy, use of body weight, etc.. And she's so fun and kind! Byron's an amazing place to study.
