This past year after the snowstorm we had well I have this hedge in my backyard that goes to width of my property line that monster hedge bent towards my back yard. I did not know what to do my wife was upset . So I reached out to galaxy landscaping and talk to Matt, he came over a couple days later walked my backyard and then we went and meet the neighbor that's behind me . The neighbor behind me was so very happy because he could do not take care of his side too , because he had arm surgery . So Matt and his great crew did his side at no charge!!! When I heard that omg that's the company you sticker with. The was an upsetting review that a neighbor wrote yesterday on his review comments which is so wrong!! Don't know why because he is 2 houses up from me! It is so wrong! He probably had nothing better to do . Galaxy landscaping is and always the best!!

Flores was one of only three companies to bother calling me back, and one of only two that bothered to show up to give me an estimate. My own regular landscaping company - working on my property for three years - didn't bother to return my calls or offer an estimate. Jorge Flores was prompt, unassuming and extremely polite. What's more, when his guys showed up they worked their tails off and did an outstanding job in just a few hours. I'm no longer embarrassed to have people visit my home and see my yard. When I end my contract with my regular landscaper later this month, I'll be going with Flores Tree Service & Landscaping going forward. They are more expensive then several of their competitors, but I've learned you get what you pay for with landscapers. Jorge's team pays attention to detail, works hard and does a beautiful job. **I offer my endorsement of Flores Tree Service & Landscaping as someone who has hired - and fired - several area landscaping companies over the last eight years. Jorge's team is definitely a more thoughtful and detail-oriented team.

They then cut back a huge tree on my neighbors property which seriously encroached over the fence onto mine. They were able to access the tree without going on the neighbors property, even though I had the neighbors permission to do so. While they were here on the second job, I mentioned that I felt that my front yard tree could have used a little more removal of the chipping. They promptly went out front and did so. I will definitely use them again.

The last time they came out to my house it was 6:30-7:00 am to cut your lawn and it woke my husband up so he got dressed and by the time he came down they were gone and they never knocked on the door all they did as drop a slip in the door. Then when I call them to confront them they get nasty with me and said that I have the worse lawn on my block and in the neighborhood. I have the same lawn as anyone on my street does and he cannot complain about dog messes because I do not have a dog. When I questioned him on what he meant he says because of the weeds.
