The clinic requires patients to pay the full estimated bill before receiving treatment, but their charges are often higher than what the insurance company later determines the patient actually owes. When I asked to pay based on the insurance company's determination, the billing manager refused. Worse yet, a front desk staff member violently snatched the insurance statement from my hand and began shouting profanities. When I requested my treatment records, I was threatened that they would not be released unless I paid the full clinic bill, regardless of the insurance settlement. I have never experienced such unprofessional and aggressive service from a healthcare provider. In addition, the hygienist's work was perfunctory, her attitude was rude. Each cleaning takes much less time (5-10 minutes) of other dental clinics' hygienists. There was no communication at all during the whole cleaning process. I strongly caution others against trusting this clinic.

I had…read morebeen with the same dentist for 20 years, who I loved, but I was looking for a dentist/endodontist who could preform the oral surgery I needed. So, I went to Advanced Dental Group in Doylestown for a cleaning and an implant consultation. First, the office staff seemed very unprofessional. The dentist was talking on his cell phone by the door when I walked in and stayed talking on it. The cleaning was so rough that my gums were still sore 4 days later. The hygienist kept telling me all the things wrong with my teeth (things I have never heard before).The staff all spoke Russian to each other while I was in the chair getting my cleaning. I have no problem with speaking a different language but they were speaking around me and over me to each other my whole time there. Also, the dentist told me a weird story that was slightly inappropriate in my opinion. Finally, and most importantly, the biggest problem was that the dentist told me I had an abscess and needed a root canal. I went for a second opinion 4 days later and there was NO abscess and I do not need a root canal. If I didn't go with my gut feeling that something wasn't right I would be paying over $300 for root canal that was not needed. Hoping this review saves someone from going through what I did.
