I scheduled an alignment on march 5th 2026. I was informed that the alignment could not be…read morecompleted due to a need for rear arms on my tires. My vehicle is an all wheel drive vehicle, therefore, it should not have been completed on the front tires and not the rear. I was quoted over a three hundred dollar service price for the rear arms and maintenance fees from the service guys. I was charged 85 dollars for them not doing the service correctly. I called a local subaru dealership to have my vehicle aligned properly and checked to see if the arm replacement was necessary on the rear. On March 9th 2026 I had my vehicle serviced by Subaru. The alignment was completed the adjustment was done right this time. I returned to factory tire requested to speak to the owner. I informed her of the issues and requested a refund. The owner decided to check the alignment that was "done" on the 5th. She stated that she would only give me half of the refund. Upon looking at their machine the vehicle was not aligned the exact same specs were on their machine as well as the print out from Subaru! I requested my refund again! The owner then walked away from me. Stating "I will get your refund, don't bring your black ass back here!" I then asked for my paperwork from her. At which point she assaulted me with the papers in her hand. When I made a comment about that she asked her employee as to whether she had hit me with the paper. He stated that she had not. I was standing in between the two people at the time of the incident. I absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone! This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever encountered. I have to wonder how many times they have charged people and not fully completed the service.

Stayed the night and went where a stranger bragged about. I understand why he suggested them.... Rex (the manager) answer my call with clear headedness, and knew exactly what to do. He ordered parts (it was a saturday!) and got extra based on what his intuition was - just by the phone call. I somehow got the van to their garage and immediately had Brandon out taking care of my situation. They were super methodical and had me on the road in no time, even fixing my damage. I had to use the spare tire to get home, and then order tires. But i think that was for the best for my pickiness. The repair price was appropriate, and the cleanliness of the waiting area was perfect. Garage was open and modern. Most of all, the professionalism of the manager made me give thought to coming back (an hr from home) just to keep giving them my business. He even gave me good suggestions for new tires. What a great outcome to a rough weekend, they are a 6/5 star place! Thank you Rex and Brandon - real care about customer satisfaction!
