Yesterday I was discharged from the hospital. Earlier my wife had gone to Rick's before picking me…read moreup from the hospital. On the way home we realized that only two of four prescriptions had been filled. Two that I had transferred from another pharmacy weren't filled. Both were for the insulin I desperately needed for the weekend. It was five minutes until Rick's closed. We turned around and headed that way. I phoned Rick's and got Rick himself. I told him what had happened. He called right back, paper had jammed in the fax machine. By the time we arrived, they had been closed for some time. Rick was great, very understanding and went out of his way to see that I got the meds I needed. I will be switching all my scripts over to Rick's. The only improvement I have is I wish they used an app. It sure would help on my end, but even so, Rick has my business from now on.

Fast forward to 2025, I had an issue where the pump would not come on, (high pressure switch was not letting the pump come on) they were very helpful, took the time to trouble shoot the issue and we determined it might be that the filters were 5 years old, even tho I cleaned them over the years as required, but they get old and can restrict the flow. They were right!!! All I needed were new filters. Short version, during their busiest time, they took the time to help solve the issue. Highly recommend.
