We got them and they didn't fit, and then it took a month to get my ring sized, which is understandable because of the cut. BUT they kinda kept me in the dark about what was going OK with it, and gave me the wrong date when I asked when it would be back. THEN they told me they wouldn't charge me for the beads I didn't use, but when I saw my statement the charge was still there. I called, and nobody admitted to ever even telling me that. I had to go up there and argue to get my money back for something I didn't use. I finally got the credit, but it took some serious work. Tonight the pharmacist called my wife a liar, would not tell her who his supervisor is and then hung up on her. We finally got that figured out now tonight he says there is an issue with the same insurance that was used last week. This man has the audacity to argue with customers and then say he is doing the best he can. Well he needs to find a different job if this is the best he can do.

I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm. I was looking for something specific and was taken to the section containing what I was looking for and then given advice as to what selection I should make. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay. Don't be afraid to ask for help. They always have their 5 for $25 panties and I don't have to replace them for a good amount of time because of the quality. I love lacey things but the problem with that is the lace usually tends to morph or the holes get wider and wider with time, but these hold up pretty well, especially compared to JCPenny's or Dillard's. They also have the prettiest looking stuff, very classy. I'm a freak about matching and this place always has color coordinating panties and bras in many colors not just your basics: white, black, and beige. They have teal, pink, orange, green, you name it. Their bras are a little expensive but they do last forever! I've had some for several years now and they are barely deteriorated (do not be lazy and shove them in the dryer). Also, the costumer service here is THE BEST is Victoria. Every time I go in someone approaches me and asks if they can help. And if I do need to ask something they know exactly where to go. They all know how to measure too. I'm in love with our Victoria Secret. It's one of very few reasons I go to the mall (the rest is pretty disappointing). Easily 5 stars from me!
