The store manager, Tom, seems to know what I want or need before I tell him the exact details. He's very knowledgeable. This big and tall store has unique products that make you feel good about wearing them. I've always been impressed with the wide range of sizes and colors. If you can't find it here, they will order it. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to lower the prices just a tad. I can't always afford (or wish) to buy two of an item just to get a price break. Also, the hours have been cut back a little but that's easy to work around. Overall, they are doing a good job of keeping things affordable. I am a member of the Casual Male rewards program and get plenty of helpful offers. I am giving it three stars because of the customer service we experienced on the day we went to pick up the tux. Obviously it's prom season so the line to the fitting room was out the door. We don't take dances very seriously so we just went ahead and bought it without trying it on, knowing the young girl (Patience, I think?) did a good job measuring last time. we went up to the register and a male employee looked at us and said "not trying it on is a terrible idea" with a lot of attitude. I understood that he was just trying to help but it felt pretty unnecessary. When we got home to try on the tux, there was a few minor stains on the jacket. Like I said, we really didn't care too much and we're fine with a few flaws, but I hope we don't get charged for the damage that was already on the coat as soon as we got home. I also dont understand the whole "This item is 40% off" but it might only be on sale online OR in store but not both. The super cash is also confusing because it says you can use it on anything but there are actually a list of exclusions. I have also had several issues with customer service at this location. Making a return to the store that you bough online usually ends with 7 people helping you because no one knows what they're doing. At one point I was told that a receipt showing my return and the money I would be getting back would be emailed to me so I sat in my car and waited for the email... it never came so I had to go back in try again. The store itself is usually clean the the dressing rooms are well maintained. Its just typically a pretty frustrating shopping experience.
