Very rarely do I write reviews; even when dissatisfied. However, the service I received from Dominique at Buckhead Elite was so great, I felt compelled to take the time to share my experience. First of all, I reached out to Buckhead Elite after 11pm on a Saturday evening in hopes of getting a response on Sunday and scheduling an appointment later that week. Well, not only did I get an immediate response on Saturday evening, Dominique showed up and mounted early Sunday afternoon. Dominique communicated his ETA and showed up on time as promised. Upon arrival, we determined I had purchased the incorrect mount, however, Dominique was equipped with various high quality alternatives in his truck, allowing me to move forward with the installation. I appreciated this. Upon mounting, we noticed some damage from my move and I decided it was best to purchase a new TV. I ordered online pickup from a local Target and asked Dominique if he would come back and mount the new TV. Well, not only did he say yes, he offered to meet me at Target and carry it in his truck since it wouldn't fit in my vehicle. He gave me a ride back from Target, helped me carry the TV, took down the old one and mounted the new one for me at no add'l cost. All in the same day! He made great recommendations on positioning and confirmed several times that I was happy with the end result. Dominique goes above and beyond! He doesn't just provide a service, he does a great job of building trusting relationships. Very rare these days! I am a huge fan of his high quality work and he definitely found a customer that will call on him time and time again for all my mounting needs. Buckhead Elite TV Mounting is a company that possess superior service and does its work with extreme care and attention to your needs. We reached out to Dominique and Buckhead Elite TV to install a 65" Curved Samsung TV and Dominique was prompt and very diligent in completing the job in a timely manner .
