I wanted a leak fixed…read moreand the owner advised I should replace the gutters and because I just brought my home I thought I should since I knew I would need to eventually. MISTAKE!! They replaced but the original leak is still there and it's been months and they have come out a couple of times and there is still a leak then the weather turned and its been wet so now they can't do anything, told me soon as it was dry they would come back out. It's been dry for a few days and no response, I called and no response, guess they think if time pass I'll let it go and in the mean time the dripping of water is causing damage to my driveway and who knows what it's doing to the wood under the gutter. Look like I'm going to have to call a lawyer. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! Columbus OH

I definitely recommend them for any home improvement needs and we have already hired them to come back and do additional projects for us.

I do not recommend this contractor. The workmanship was consistently poor, and several aspects of…read morethe project were handled unprofessionally. He was hired to install vinyl flooring and repair soft spots using OSB, yet the issues were not corrected and in some areas were made worse. Scraps of vinyl were wedged beneath the flooring in an attempt to make the surface appear level, resulting in rising sections and visible gaps along the walls. The soft spots were not repaired but simply covered. He was also contracted to complete drywall work, during which multiple electrical outlets were covered, joint compound was left splattered across the floors, and sanding was either incomplete or entirely absent in several rooms. No cleanup was performed after any stage of the work. Throughout the project, he repeatedly commented on other jobs he was "missing out on" because mine was taking too long. As the current client, my project should have been his priority, completed with professionalism and pride in workmanship. Instead, after the first week, he began arriving late in the afternoon rather than in the mornings, communication deteriorated, and he displayed frustration when concerns were raised. Overall, the contractor took advantage of a situation that required careful resolution, demonstrated poor communication, and delivered substandard work.

Within a week he was installing the new door and even rearranged the schedule so that we could get to an appointment we couldn't cancel in the afternoon. Excellent product both in looks, immense noise reduction (a house sounding like it's shaking off the foundation with every old door raise didn't calm our nerves) and customer service that can't be matched. He even asked for website suggestions to improve on some aspects which is unheard of.
