BPS had my Landmaster in service for 8 weeks telling me the parts were on backorder. I finally found the parts online and in stock. When I told them this they magically said my parts would be in the next day. I called constantly while my side by side was in service and they would never call me back or the phone would oddly disconnect my call. Their service is ridiculous! read more

Buckeye Power is there a reason why your hours on Saturday are limited to closing at noon? Most people work all week long and have limited time when they can come and get their equipment needs taken care of? My recommendation is that if you value business from retail/household, customers you should at least stay open on a Saturday until 4 PM read more

I have been a customer here for 20+ years on 1/24 they fixed my plow by installing a new brain in it a week later the plow caught fire with no warning once the fire was out you can tell the part they installed caught fire. After having the truck towed to the shop the decided not to accept responsibility and fulfill the warranty on the repair that caused the fire but insist i go through my insurance. And insist I still pay the $623 for the original repair. Ryan the operation manager is the rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend to go somewhere else unless your spending millions of dollars here a year they could careless about you. read more

My husband and I went in today to buy something to help with leaves. We weren't greeted or acknowledged by ANY staff. We walked around the store for about 15 mins wanting to purchase a Billy Goat leaf system. We were never even looked at. Everyone there ( 6 people working) never asked us if we needed anything or had any questions. My husband loves his store and has always purchased things there. Had rider picked up waited 7 days for them to call to give us quote on repairs,then another 7 days for them to fix.Then we have to wait to have it delivered cause they only do pick up and delivery on certain days for area you live in. read more

First time customer, but will be returning for years to come. Excellent customer service. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, their process and encouraged me to call during the repair If I had any questions. My mower has not run better -after the service for, many, many years. I have tried other repair shops all with little to no success. They are certainly the exception to my experience. My mower was done quicker than they said (and this was during the busy spring time). I live about 35 miles away, but it was worth the drive. Don't over think it, just go there! read more

Great service place for the mower. Friendly and helpful staff and good for the price. My only quibble with them is that you sometimes need to drop your mower off for a week or more for them to get to servicing it. They don't have appointments, you just drive around back to the service area and drop off. They will help you load and unload your mower from the car as well, so that's nice. read more

I have a two stage snow thrower that needed maintenance repair. Russ came to my home to work on my equipment. He performed maintenance on my equipment, walked me through the repairs and how they impacted the operation of the equipment. Now I also know the proper fuel and oil to place in my equipment. He made sure I understood how to correctly operate my equipment and how I can perform basic upkeep. The fee was absolutely very reasonable. This "senior citizen" would highly recommend Buckeye Mower to those who need their variety of services and I plan to call them for other repairs I will need in the spring. Terrible service with a slow turnaround. Didn't return calls. They damaged our mower and weren't told about it. We only learned when they dropped it off. We received no discount or apology from the company. Avoid this business and find a reputable company that can assist you. Do your research. First time here to get 40 year old Toro snowblower running. The guy that was checking me in asked multiple questions about problems,last run time, and related items. He gave me a ballpark quote and fair timeframe for the repair. The repair was done sooner than the timeframe and the cost was less the the estimate.
