I left her Google review. Because I had a horrible response from this company. Yelling and screaming at me. So the owner responds back with her personal phone number. And it's been 3 phone calls. Still no response, and now she's changed your voicemail with her name off it. This company is horrible, this is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with my whole life. I would never rent from them. I would never deal with them on any type of business level. Here it was her response that was a lie. Because the phone line is not correct. You do not show as a tenant or an applicant, so we cannot specifically review your situation. We do often get multiple calls at once, so our call queue let's you leave a voicemail after 10 minutes on hold. Today's max wait time was 3:18, and an average of 59 seconds. In reviewing today's calls, there were no issues reported aside from one unknown person yelling and cussing as soon as the call was answered. This probably wasn't you, so if you would give the manager a call to see where we went wrong and what to improve we would appreciate it. Their direct number (no call queue) is 419-208-9384. They don't return phones calls at all and there the most unprofessional property management and slum lords. Do not put anything in the drop box we had a check disappear and was washed and amount changed to over 3000.00 they could have cared less and it was our fault. Maybe the employees are doing it. In the beginnings of renting with This company was really good, but the Changing of Administration of this company has REALLY went down hill! The lack of respect is atrocious as to how they treat their tenants during emergency situations such as maintenance issues. My Husband was told that the next time he calls about an maintenance issue, he needs to call during office hours! That is REALLY being nice and we pay rent on time! The nerve of the Representative of buckeye to talk to him when there is NO HEAT in the house to state that's Not a Complaint! All level of Disrespect at it's finest! This company harasses Disabled Veterans, will not talk calmly with anyone. Everything is always yelling and degrading. They will not fix anything with rentals even when things are broken, leaking or holes in the roof. Then when try to leave they will harass the tenant about unpaid rent as they were supposed to end lease and keys handed in. read more

As someone who knows this company well, I have a lot to say. Do NOT work here. The turnover rate is HIGH, the pay is terrible, and the supervisors treat you like garbage. They pay their employees to get good reviews on google and Facebook, so do not fall for all of the BS 5 star reviews. Real estate and property management as a whole are shady... but Buckeye is by far one of the nastiest companies in the business. They lie to their tenants constantly. Maintenance is not done unless the authorities are involved and you will rarely ever receive your security deposit back. They charge you for the most ridiculous things. Any legal documents are changed regularly to make it work in their favor. They do not have their tenants backs and do not care about the wellbeing of the people living within their properties. They are the true scum of the earth. They only care about money. Please do not let your children live in these mold infested, bed bug and cockroach infested homes. This company does not solve maintenance issues- they put bandaids on things until they are taken to court. The supervisors treat you like you are their best friend to get you to open up to them and then the first mistake you make, you are called into their office and screamed at like you are a child. They call their tenants names and swear at them- their customer service is SAD. Not to mention, there is PLENTY of drug use going on. I rented a place with Buckeye for a year and payed every months rent on time. The only time I requested for help was when someone tried to break into my apartment and broke my windows. I called them on Monday and no one answered, I called them on Tuesday and no one answered, I called them on Wednesday and finally got a hold of them and told them what happened. Then the manager who's name begins with an S? started cursing at me and word for word she told me to "shut up" and that she "didn't have time for a low life like me". I had never met this woman in my life. I'm just a nursing student who doesn't make a lot money trying to get by in a cheap apartment and now I had to worry about my safety on top of all these other worries. She tried to force me to skip my mandatory Laboratory class so I could go drive back to the apartment and "confirm?" that they were actually broken. And she said if I didn't drive back she would "evict me". I'm not sure what her issue was or why she started cursing at me because I hardly got two words in before she started literally screaming. Plus when they figured out the windows were actually broken, they didn't even board them up until half a month later, leaving the place exposed. And even after all that I was prepared to just let it go but I just got a letter saying I still owe them money for the windows that I didn't break, plus 50 dollars for "broken blinds" (the apartment didn't come with blinds and I have video proof) and a bunch of other frivolous stuff. This is a short version of all the stuff they put me through. Please for your own safety spend a little extra and don't stay at any of their properties, trust me they don't have your best interests in mind, all they want is money. read more

My husband had gotten out of the military a year ago, and we were moving across country last minute with a new born son, and 3 dogs.... we were in a rush to find a rental and picked this company because in the beginning they were fast about getting back to us and nice. when we moved in the house it was degusting candy stuck to the floor, and nothing well maintained. when asking the company if this property was cleaned prior to us being moved in they said they were just trying to get us in ASAP so we understood and i just did a deep clean before any of our stuff got there. while living there we repainted 3 rooms. we understood once moving out we were going to be charged for... we were house hunting 6 months into the lease and asked if their was anything we could do to break it, or even find someone else to take it over and they told us no. so we ended up buying a house and moving out of the rental and paying until our lease ended. no big deal............. BUT when we moved out they charged us a cleaning fee, and repainting fee... $400 total. I watched for the rental to come back on Zillow, and they never repainted and was up for sale. my husband called the company that was selling it (different one) and asked if he could come see it.. we wanted to make sure they weren't painted like the photos showed... and when he got there the walls were left the way we left them and NEVER CLEANED .. my husband found one of my sons sock, and MUD left on the wall next to our back door from our dogs that i had forgotten about getting.. mind you the rest of the house was CLEANER than what it was given to us.. my husband called the company yesterday asking for a manager, and she wasn't in so he had asked to leave a message with the girl he was on the phone with and just stated that he was a previous renter and was wondering why if we were charged for things why weren't they done..... and the girl responded that it was none of our business what they do, and if it gets fixed and why are we so worried about what they're doing and we wont be getting out money back...
