Good morning all, my name is John. I signed up just a few weeks ago for a fast pass as Buckeye Express just opened a wash just up the road. Went a few times and had a problem reading my license plate. Took the cover off but still continued having the same problem, could not read my plate and had to wait for an attendant. Called the company's # and spoke to Rebecca, very sweet, understanding and advised that she would check around to see how to resolve this matter. Rebecca called me back, telling me she found a wash that had the front sticker to be read as you pull up at the Ashland wash and would pick it up for me and drop it off for me at the Stewart Rd. Location. The next day after work I stopped by and had it put in my vehicle. That next morning while driving to work I pulled up to the touch less wash in Ontario on Park Ave. West and with no problem, the door opened up and allowed me to proceed in and get my vehicle washed. This place is an absolute joke!!! No one has a clue what they are doing here, including management. Their plate scanners never work!!!! I complained about the scanners never working and I said why do I pay for a fast pass? I was told the fast pass has nothing to do with going in quickly it is called that because you get unlimited washes...LOL. I said... then why do you call it fast pass? All I heard after that was crickets, and this is coming from someone from corporate. This tells you the level of intelligence that is running this business. Not good!!! Stopped this morning to clean up our VW Jetta. Didn't see the bug prep at the entry where it has been previously. Didn't give it much thought. Paid for the Platinum wash and ran her through. Hardly touched the bugs on the windshield! Came back around for another pass through. The man there said he would run her through again but I should have used the bug prep. I looked at him and asked where is it? He noted it was by the vacuums. I told him it didn't make sense to put it over there as you have to go out of your way to use it. He just looked at me and said that's where it was and ran our Jetta through again. Still bug splatter on my windshield! read more

So.. first off I wish I wold have yelped this business before coming here. It is being ran by a bunch of teenagers who are asking people to see your card because something went wrong then charging your card. I'm so worried now because they have my information!!! The kid asked me to go inside to refund the charges then proceeded to use my card to charge me for an extra monthly. Does anyone know where I can report the this activity??? Please help!!! read more

Paid for the platinum wash, $18. Tire shine was not applied, I noticed when I got home. I called and left a message because nobody answered, no return phone call. Went back through with a different car explained what happened, I was told I would get a free wash but they didn't have any free wash cards to give me but just to come back through sometime. Went back through about a month later and was told by the district manager that they wouldn't honor the free wash because I waited too long. ATTENTION!!! I don't normally do this but then again I DONT normally receive such terrible customer service. Last week we went to wash Aaron's car in Ashland at the new car wash Buckeye Express. After getting done we noticed scratches all over his car that WERE NOT there before. So we went back and filed a report. We scheduled a time for us to come back and have the manager JASON look at the vehicle. When we arrived we showed him the car and he said let's go look at the cameras. After pulling up a TOP view of the car and showing some preexisting scratches he quote says "there's scratches already on this car we aren't covering it". Welllll JASON the pictures I am posting I will guarantee were NOT there before. Then they went in to explain there's NO way their rollers can scratch a car. Bullshit I call Bullshit. After basically calling Aaron's car a POS he then proceeded to get loud with me until another guy basically intervened to make him stop talking. I have never in my life had a manager who's company damaged my property act so rude. So this post is if anyone wants to keep their car scratch free DO NOT go to BUCKEYE EXPRESS. They will damage your shit and do nothing to make it right. Also if the owners do read this I would highly recommend getting a new management team. Do not go to this car wash is the most unprofessional and most ridiculous car wash I've ever been in from the corporate staff down they will tear up your car it will scratch it up it will break things tell you that they did it and then refused to call you back or even deal with the situation they will not take care of anything of your concerns do not go!!! read more

went through the car wash at Buckeye car wash in Ontario as I was going through. I got the premium package wash. I noticed there's a hot wax wax light was not lit, and the tire brush did not even touch our tires after pulling around to the vacuum area. My tires was not even clean. I could tell there was no wax that even was on it as I approach the manager on duty. He said that the wax was out of order. Also the tire shine was out of order. I paid $18 for the package and only got the basic wash. the manager was laughing and saying that their corporate office told him not to tell people so that they can get the money this place is seems like it's being a rip off each time I go what you pay for is not what you get the manager when contacted seem to care less about it and kind of laughed it off she's like oh well it's been down for over two weeks. You should've known about it very unhappy with the Buckeye car wash in Ontario. read more

It was a nice day today so we decided to stop for a quick wash. At the start of the wash, the car in front of us wasn't loaded onto the belt correctly and almost rolled backwards into my car. At the end of the wash, the car in front of mine somehow got pulled into the closed garage door. The wash was stopped for several minutes while they attempted to get the door raised. When they finally got the door raised they started the belt, almost pulling my car into the stopped car in front of me again. If I hadn't hit my brakes on the belt, I would have been pulled into the stopped car. I'm assuming he was waiting to speak with a manager about his damaged front bumper. When I commented about my experience on Facebook, they deleted my comment instead of offering a simple apology. I will not be back to this car wash and will tell everyone I know to avoid them. To me it just isn't worth the risk! read more

I wanted to be sure to leave some good feedback on my recent experience. I had been purchasing a monthly package for my previous truck. When I sold that truck and got a new one the old package kept charging my card until I noticed it. I described the problem to the local manager who was very helpful. He couldn't do the credit but forwarded it to the corp office where they fully reimbursed the charges plus surprised me with a few extras washes.(They were able to verify that the bar code had not been used for several months) Nice to do business with local companys who appreciate their customers and do the right thing to keep them satisfied. Very happy to drive a clean truck and support Buckeye car wash. Keep up the good work. read more

Do not go here! I went to the Ashland location, and the car wash scratched my brand new 2019 Corolla. There are scratches all over my car and a large scratch on the top of my car. They refused to pay for the damage, and the owner Jason was extremely rude to me and refused to do anything about it. The scratches are clearly from the car wash- thousands of scratches all over my car- all horizontal from the brushes. This place is shady and completely damages vehicles. read more

I will NEVER ever recommend this car wash to any of my family and friends! After hearing that the car wash off of Lexington springmill was a awful because the brushes were scratching cars I figured I go to the touchless bay on park ave. Well before going into the car wash my car did NOT have a million paint chips taken out. After going through the car wash my car had chips of paint taken out all over it, even worse on the passenger side where the very high powered jets hit it closer than my drivers side. There are paint chips even taken out in the cracks of the door, the only thing that would've caused that was the jets because they can go in-between those areas. I called right after getting home noticing that there was damage done to my car the employee NEVER told us to come in right away, instead said we could come in either that night or the next morning. Went and filled the claim the next day and they basically every excuse to what could've happened then what actually happened. I got a phone call this morning saying that they were "sorry" for the inconvenience but we aren't going to do anything about this because I've never seen this before. She also said that we made the claim the next day so there was no use of it, the employee NEVER told us to come in that night or I would've!! The lady I spoke too was very rude and barley would listen to anything I would say and made it sound like I purposely damaged my own car!! Terrible customer service and takes no responsibility for their terrible car wash that causes damage to people vehicles!! Do NOT use any of their car washes or you'll regret it for sure!! read more

Damaged my car with their air freshener. Not interested in resolving due to their "disclaimer ". Awful management response. Basically tell you "not our problem". Pointed out they should a least verbally warn customers hat the air freshener will damage the plastics in you car. Poor customer relations at best - total apathy at worst. Avoid - they don't care about you. read more
