They were knowledgeable, kind, let us have our space to look, but were helpful when we needed them. They had so many selections of different sizes and it was organized well. The price is comparable (if not less) than the one down the street, but this one goes to a good cause. And the joy and pride on the young boys face when we bought a tree was so heartwarming. The prices for the quality of trees and service at the lot were not good, although there was one very kind and helpful man who was happy to help us before the older man intervened to stop him. Wanted to pick up some gifts for friends but they had ZERO Hanukkah section so that gift wouldn't be purchased. Went up to the front with a few items and was yelled at by a very rude cashier (middle aged, glasses) who told me to "Move back behind the sign - the line starts there!!" Really? No please... nothing. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have left my cart and the store without buying anything. Afterwards, I stopped by HOME GOODS. Much better selection with better prices and hey, they even had a Hanukkah section and their cashiers had clearly had some customer service training, so win win!!
