As a patient, I expect honesty, professionalism, appropriate communication, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I should not have had to question whether I was being given accurate information or feel as though I was being treated in an inappropriate manner for simply trying to advocate for myself as a patient. The way this situation was handled completely damaged my trust in the practice.
