When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.

Arrived to find a tree down and another very large old tree about to fall. I called them in the late afternoon and they arrived early the next morning. They did a great job looking over all the trees surrounding our home and the trees that were unsafe were quoted. The quote was reasonable. During the next few weeks another tree on the edge of our lot became a hazard - it was a giant black oak and was threatening the neighbors house. Thanks to them for getting that taken out the week of July 4th. We had an excellent experience. 7 trees in all. They work hard and clean up after themselves. Great people to work with!

I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof.
