After ordering the flooring through our contractor we got the floor installed in part of the house. The other section was not ready yet. Jim, the installer, gave me his number and told me to reach out to him when the other room was ready and he would come back and finish the job. Due to unusual circumstances we talked numerous times and had to cancel a few times. He was very understanding. We were finally able to get the job finished and we love the floor and how well it was installed! I was very fortunate to have such a great total experience with LL. I can't say that about a few of the national brand stores I dealt with during this time!I would recommend them and this store to anyone looking for flooring in central Pennsylvania.
