He listened to our wants as well as our budget and came back with an agreeable quote and picture. Mike kept us informed along the way with what was to be done and when. His subcontractors were skilled and professional. Our garage came out nicer than we had imagined. Mike took the time to actually match the siding to our existing home! I contacted True Grade Excavating as a referral from my landscaper about retaining walls around the side and back of my home that were made of railroad ties and had rotted and were falling down. He visited my property and came up with a plan to remove the walls and put in a sloping bank to solve the problem long term. Brock and his crew were mindful and considerate of my neighbors and not impacting their spaces, and always gave me a heads up if things might so I could chat with them, and he actually spoke to them as well. His crew made sure everything was as they found it. Toward the end of the project a natural spring popped up in the middle of the bank and was causing a wash out.
