Then we were told they would email a quote, we received that which was fine except they stated Install Transfer Switch if it fit's, well we asked questions and they never really answered, so we tried to look into a battery type system, then they talked us out of that as it was only 1-3 hours a battery would last, so then we took are time with a little research and decided to go Generac again.. then they yelled at us and said which one are you looking to do Generic or Battery, we stated our subject line Generic...then we went with trying to lock in a date for it when it was estimated shipping, of October, so we asked for a tentative appointment, then after that we wanted to change dates and then were again rudely responded with that is quite a span, well we cannot predict the shipping company so it got delivered way early and told them it was here and it just seemed like they were not interested in installing this the way they act, well he stated Brain that he was fine with not installing our generator and last email he would write..this company is just werid with its responses, like they act like God, they do not like questions or any inconvenience to themselves I guess.. so now after buying it and delivery they dropped us and no one else has the time or want to work on such a small project, so we are stuck thanks to them.

The lady…read moreon the phone was super condescending right off the bat obviously bothered having to take a phone call. The filter on my septic was plugged, but I was out of town. I specifically said this and that the septic had been pumped earlier that year so please call me if there are any other problems. Instead a plumber went out to look at a gurgling toilet which wasn't what I asked. Proceeded to talk to my tenants and tell them that the reason the toilet is gurgling is because the septic hasn't been pumped and is running over and to call TL. Sinz. Which was an exaggeration to say the least but nevertheless was enough to work my tenants up. He was there a total of 10 minutes never called me or anything just sent a bill for nothing. Not even letting me know that nothing was done. Tenants obviously called the next day complaining. I was assuming it was fixed. Anyways I called the shop and asked if I could talk to him because I didn't know why he didn't do what I asked and clean the filter and his response was I went there for a gurgling toilet. All in all the biggest issue was that the bill from Rogers was as much as the bill from Sinz and they replaced the filter and pumped the tank. Just call Sinz.

Josh from Kelly came the very next morning to inspect damage and give estimate. in only two hours there electrician Bruce was there to start the project start the project he was able to install a temporary plug to our furnace so that would keep our pipes from freezing (it was in December) They supplied a generator for this also.
